Devon got straight on to sorting me out with a good bit of banter and to top off it he got me a ice cream, couldn’t ask more ten ten service

Tried to sell me a car that had many things wrong with it. Had a car Inspector look at it, they told me not to buy it

Avoid this dealer. I bought a car that developed a major fault within weeks. Getting a refund was a nightmare — constant delays, broken promises, and poor communication.

Only got my money back after AA intervention and repeated chasing. Even then, payments were delayed and made in instalments.

Very stressful experience. Would not recommend.

My friend bought a car from them, it had some faults showing on the dash which they said they would fix. We picked the car up and there was a fault still showing, he insisted that it was fixed and said the light would go off which did not happen, we took the car back after getting a second opinion to be told that this fault does not show up on their computer and to take it somewhere that has a better one, cutting to the outcome, after lots of phone calls one of which he started shouting and was quite verbally abusive, we took it back again, he offered her money back which was less than half what she paid after only 8 weeks, it has now cost her over £600 and all the faults are still not rectified as lots more shown up.
PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS GARAGE, THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS

Bought a car on the 17/02/24, it broke down due to engine failure after not even 40 miles on the way home! RAC said it was done. He collected the car 2 days later and wouldn't refund me the money until a month later! Fast forward to the end of August I receive a fine through the post for it not being insured since we cancelled the insurance back in Feb! He didnt transfer the cars ownership back. The car is now back up for sale on his website DV66AXR with no mention of its engine failure. I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt however after receiving this fine I've made it my life mission to make people aware to NOT buy a car from him! We was left without a car for over 2 months because of the car he sold us that was not fit for purpose. Can't even get hold of him to ask him to pay the fine. Absolute scam.

Bought a car , problems from the start, they tried to fix some problems but ordered all the wrong parts then said they couldn't do it. Constant fuel and oil leaks , dodgy electrics , had the car for 5/6 months now its costing more then what I paid to be fixed. Terrible customer service would avoid at all costs !

This was a great experience as I frustrated Safs car shop with my specific requirements and constant change of mind in deciding which car I wanted. However they remained dedicated and patient in supporting my requests and fulfilled my need of a car within a short space of time and found a suitable vehicle for me in time to make my summer staycation family trip! Thank You for the great service.

Saf was a genuinely nice guy, everything he said about the vehicle I purchased from him was spot on !
