I had an extremely disappointing experience with SafeTech Creations and Shaz. I engaged them to configure and complete my existing Shopify multi-vendor marketplace, but the project repeatedly missed the completion date set by Shaz himself.

On two occasions, I was told the website was finished. Both times, I found numerous errors and unfinished elements. The site presented as complete even contained an unrelated travel video and promotional claims that had nothing to do with my business. There appeared to have been no proper final inspection or quality control. I had to identify problems individually and repeatedly chase corrections.

When I expressed frustration because the project was approximately two weeks overdue, Shaz told me I was “turning against him.” I had to remind him to remain professional. My concerns were entirely legitimate and related to missed deadlines and incomplete paid work.

I was eventually told that showing the correct front and reverse images for each reversible-bag variant was “almost impossible” with Shopify. I subsequently found Shopify apps designed specifically for this purpose.

I was also charged £150 for a “Lushy” theme, which I was told was necessary to add further product categories. Shopify later confirmed that a new theme was not required for creating collections or product categories. I have also repeatedly requested the original receipt, purchase details and licence information for this £150 theme, but these have not been provided.

Overall, my experience was one of missed deadlines, inadequate quality control, poor communication and having to repeatedly identify and pursue solutions to problems that I had employed a professional to resolve.

Based on my experience, I found SafeTech Creations unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not use their services again.

They give very efficient and effective service. The patient and Fast with it kind of service. They also give Result oriented services.

Finding a safe, friendly website developer you trust with your brand is like walking through a jungle. There are so many me-toos it’s a pleasure to find a reputable and caring organisation like Safetech Creations. If you still have questions, I’ll be happy to answer them.

Not good service. I have been working with Shaz from Safetech Creations for one year now and my app is still Not ready. I don't recommend this company, it cannot understand a simple app and will take a long time .
