Absolutely wonderfully crafted catio. Extremely well made and only took us a couple of hours to put it together and in place.

I cannot recommend these people enough. Thank you so much.

Absolutely made up with our Catio that was fitted last week, one of mine 🐱 was out investigating within seconds of opening a window and, even my agoraphobic cat has started looking out and considering venturing outside.

The quality is incredible and the service has been 5🌟 from my very first enquiry.
Multiple questions answered happily/quickly, advice given and explicit pricing.

The quality of the build is amazing and surpasses other builds I’d considered, it’s very sturdy and, installed by a very professional and friendly team.

Additional shelves, a ladder and bridge to add, along with a tree stump/s, an area of grass at the back, outdoor beds and climbing/scratch posts, and will be complete. Shame I can’t add photos on here.
Such a perfect addition to keeping my cats happy and safe 😻

This is a fast growing family business who will no doubt grow faster than they can manage because they have a well priced, solid product. Do chase if they do not reply quick enough and our cats promise, your catio will be worth the wait!

Extremely pleased with our new catio which was installed this morning. The crew were very friendly, respectful of our property and worked in a tidy fashion cleaning up as they went along.
The product itself is great, well made and sturdy.

My cat has just enjoyed having a catio for the first summer and has loved it. Aside from being a great secure space it’s also well built, completely solid and will certainly last. I love the fact I was able to have a colour of my choice which compliments our house. The head height is amazing especially as my cat does like to sit as high as possible for his favourite hobby of bird watching and sunbathing.
Cannot say a bad word to be honest, a really great company, with great communication, great quality, great timescales. Would certainly use them again… however I won’t need to because my Catio is such wonderful quality so option B I have been recommending them to EVERYONE!!

What can I say, I feel very lucky to have won a top of the range catio in a raffle organised by SafecatUK in a colour of my choice. From the first phone call telling me I’d won, to the moment my cats experienced the outside for the first time, Safecat were just fantastic! Jamie and his team were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The catio is amazing and has been enjoyed by Panda and Pantha every day, rain or shine, and they have to be bribed with treats to come in for the night. I would highly recommend SafecatUK for their high quality product and for their efficiency, workmanship and their friendly, helpful service.

It was most important that our new Catio would be built to last and to provide the ultimate in safety and security for our wonderful cats. The Safecat UK Catio exceeded our expectation, very well crafted using an all metal construction to give absolute peace of mind, and powder-coated to last for years. Could not fault the design, construction quality or the installation.

The team at Safecat made us a bespoke catio for our 3 fur babies! We were short on height and we wanted it shaped around the facia boards! Process was simple from beginning to end, pleasure to deal with and we are overjoyed with the end result! The installation team were professional and got the job done quickly! It’s sturdy and looks smart, and we love it and so pleased our boys have finally got some outdoor safe space! Highly recommend Safecat 🙌

Sadly, a truly awful experience from start to finish. We were so excited to receive our Catio after ordering it, but that is when the nightmare began.

When it didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to, I contacted Safecat and was reassured repeatedly that it would be arrive a few days later. A week later, nothing. The reassurance continued, but nothing. The following week, two weeks later, the Catio finally arrived but of course we were not in - we were away on holiday (and we made the team aware that we would be away on this date). When the delivery man called we panicked and scrambled to find a local friend to help us accept the delivery.

When we arrived back home and opened the package, it transpired there were no instructions, the fittings and fixtures were missing (we didn't know at this point however, as there were no instructions), and an extra baton of wood that had been promised, had not been included. Nowhere on the website does it say that instructions are not included - for a flat pack item this is extremely unusual and sadly the cat was impossible to assemble with no fixtures.

We tried constructing it ourselves but without instructions or fixtures/ fittings we had no idea what we were doing. So we ended calling out our handyman, who, upon arrival, realised there were no fixtures and fittings. So in our ultimate frustration we ended up ordering fixtures and fittings ourselves. And we got charged for the call out of course.

As an aside, the website falsely advertises that fitting is included in all orders. This is not the case. This was only communicated to us after we enquired about it.

Like a regular consumer, we decided to email Safecat telling them about our disappointment with the whole experience, and giving them 48h to respond before sharing our experience publicly. We wanted to be fair.

An apology would have settled the matter. But instead, we received an aggressively defensive email that turned the blame onto us, and saying that we had not "given them the chance" to rectify the situation- when that was precisely the purpose of emailing them with notice.

The owner then messaged me to say he would call my husband - a flicker of hope I thought - but of course that call never came.

No apology for missing parts that we have paid for. No offer to send those parts out again. No acceptance of responsibility for the delayed delivery. Complete disregard for our poor experience.

I can only assume many of these reviews here are disingenuous. One to avoid I'm afraid - I'd recommend sourcing your pet enclosure elsewhere.

Excellent Catio fitted quickly and efficiently by a friendly team.

Over the years we have experience excellent service from many companies and tradespeople. Safecat UK excels them all.

From placing the order, through manufacture to delivery, we were kept in the picture. We had good warning about the installation day and the crew arrived on schedule, having done two other installations on their way across the country.

We have nothing but praise for the courtesy and consideration afforded to us and our neighbours, for example, it was good to have tradesmen around without a radio playing loudly. The efficiency and care with which the installation took place was remarkable. The gentlemen were a pleasure to have working here.

To sum up, we, and our cats, are delighted. We can enjoy the fresh air together and have door and windows open without concern that the cats will wander into danger or inconvenience neighbours.

I wanted to give my two indoor cats some safe outside space and after looking into options contacted Safecat for a consultation call. They were friendly and helpful, drawing up a plan for a small catio to my requirements before they travelled up to fit it. Several hours after they'd first started work my galvanised catio was complete, secure and sturdy - the cats love hanging out in it and I'm happy that they can now have some outdoor time whilst being safe. I would recommend Safecat UK to anyone who is looking for a secure, long lasting catio for their cats. Thanks Safecat!

A fantastic experience from start to finish with these guys! From the moment of contact to installation they are professional and passionate about what they do, our three fur children are safe and have the best space to relax, and so do we! They genuinely care about their service and I would strongly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a catio option.

Second time using this wonderful company. They built us our second catio after we moved house and the old one wouldn’t fit. Opted for a rather fetching shade of British Racing Green and it blends in with our garden beautifully. Our precious cat is safe and loves this one as much as the last. UK Safecat Catios is a great company ! My 3 cats love playing in their Catio. They can safely look out to the garden and I have to coax them back indoors. It has been hugely admired by my cat loving friends as it provides safety yet a feel of being outdoors. The quality is amazing !

Aidy and team have done a fabulous job on my catio despite the difficult conditions in which they had to work. They are a friendly, happy bunch of guys who have bent over backwards to help me keep my cats safe and out of the neighbours gardens. I can’t recommend them enough.

Liaised with Jamie regarding a relatively small (compared to others they’ve built) Catio - he was lovely on the phone, very knowledgeable and informative. Encouraged me to always contact him if needs be. The Catio itself is gorgeous and absolutely sturdy. My cats love it. It looks great and it’s not moving anywhere!
Not as expensive as other providers (but not cheap).
Would highly recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish, great friendly family run business. Strong and sturdy catio, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended. We chose a 12ft x 12ft galvanised steel framework. Our fur babies are happy climbing over the shelves they fitted. Happy cats = Happy owners.
