Just paid $233 2 weeks ago and they already charging me $243 in 2 days. I’m changing my insurance today to another carrier.

I do not even want to leave them one star ... they are the worst. Had an accident over three months ago and can never get an adjuster on the phone. It is like no one works here. I need them to release my car to the other insurance company and it is like a ghost town with no reply to emails or calls. I will never use them again.

Got rear ended by someone with Safe Auto Insurance. Spent a few hours taking pictures and going back and forth and so on. Got a check today for $345 to go to a shop to get my Mercedes rear end fixed entirely based off pics. Won't even cover paint I'm sure. Basically this is Safe Auto passing the buck off to someone like me who now has to do all the leg work and so on. I guess this is how insurance claims work now. I liked the old process of getting a real quote, and not just a B.S. check.

Your customer service is non-existent and your policys are deceiving I purchased an add on that said I would get 40 dollar tows and I got into an accident and I was told that it only covers 40 dollars of the tow and I was stuck with a thousand dollar bill and safe auto never paid for 40 dollars of the tow as well as I left 4 messages with the agent handling my accident and sent multiple emails and six days went bye with no response and initially I was given no information on how to proceed or if the accident was covered or how to handle my totalled vehicle so after six days I finally got ahold of an agent and got a line of lies so I asked to talk to the supervisor since I now have a thousand dollar tow bill because the agent never answered the phone or returned any of my calls or emails and the supervisor told me there was nothing he could do so safe auto is a scam not an insurance company I'm a united States marine corps veteran and I've never been treated this way by anyone much less my insurance company who literally scammed me into thinking my tow was covered then when I tried to find out how to proceed cost me a thousand more dollars by ignoring me and not doing they're job as well as you have the most disrespectful employees I've ever spoken to McDonald's has better customer service than you thank you for the worst experience of my life with an insurance company literally stole my money and refused to pay for anything and left me with a totaled vehicle and a giant tow bill worst insurance that exists and your supervisor never even tried to rectify the situation or help in any way I would've been better off with no insurance at all
