Very happy with the works that's been done on my property! Fitting team that came out was very polite and did a excellent job on my windows and new door. The team in the office was super helpful and helped me through the process of getting sorted thank you guys! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

My review is not on the workmanship of our facias and soffits but on their after sales service. I have asked on many occasions now for our receipt, £5000 is a great deal of money especially when we had to pay more for scaffolding and end caps taking the full total to £6000. The monies were paid as soon as the job was completed first week in July but we are still waiting the guarantee and receipt promised.
Once more we are having a problem. Tried to contact the company as our fall pipe has come away from the guttering and we need someone to mend.

Do not use this company, massive pressure sales on my elderly mother, luckily she said she needed to speak with us first. Asked to come in house and quoted 10k for 4 facias, when she said two expensive they called their manager who discounted to 6.5 k and had 3 men ready to call round and do the work now. How intimidating that was for an elderly lady. Hate pressure sales and targeting vulnerable people!

The quality was great, the sales rep was lovely but we weren't happy with the pressure to sign off when the job wasn't finished correctly. We received a number of messages, phone calls pressurising us to trust them. The aftercare isn't there, when we did sign it off eventually, we now can't get hold of them to have the guarantee sent, the portal for finance doesn't exist and Duologi were uncontactable. We have since got hold of the finance company but discovered we had been given false information on finance. Would I recommend? No sorry.

From estimator to fitters I was treated with utmost respect and kindness.
Single ladies can be conned & ripped off so easily.
This company were clear, understandable and helpful at every stage. Great team, great job - would fully recommend them.

Safe and Sound came around to completely replace our fascia/soffits/guttering on our house. They did a fantastic job, the house looks clean, neat and tidy now, perfectly in keeping with the neighborhood. The guys were friendly, and really decent. Super happy and pleased/

The gentleman that cold called at our door was very pleasant, asking if we would like a quote for our fascia. We agreed for a quote being supplied, around 20 minutes later I received a call from a manager wanting to arrange a visit the same day to survey the job, which was quick, however he asked if my wife would be available. When stating she wouldn't he said that my wife would need to be present as well, I asked as to why. The response was that "we want both Mr and Mrs as thats how we work". Clearly a sales strategy as if both parties are present, it's more difficult for the home owner ti use the "I need to ask my other half". The manager was very rude and would not arrange a date to visit unless we agreed that my wife would also be present.

What made this call worse is that he couldn't even get out name right !

Such a shame very poor sales tactics.

I had Safe and Sound Windows round to do the fascia/soffits/guttering on my house and couldnt be happier. Was quoted a great price and the job was quick and painless.
The house looks great and the team they sent to fit the work were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves too!

Absolutely delighted with the Fascia’s….. Kevin and his crew who fitted them, you could not fault them! However, major disappointment……. No receipt when I paid the monies! Even more of a disappointment….. no ten years guarantee which I told I would be getting! My neighbour and good friend, still waiting for a new glass window to be fitted due to the one installed and still waiting for a new door handle to be fitted to her patio window! This lady is retired….. definitely does not need any anxiety or unnecessary worry! Don’t dare even mention my next door neighbour….. Nothing but a let down from the company! My advice Kevin, you and your crew set up your own business and you should thrive!

We have had a front door fitted which is lovely only problem is I cannot open it from the inside as there is a only a very small lock to grasp on to the representative that sold us the door never said anything about the inside lock!!! He came back to measure up some windows and to discuss the lock. I told him i was disappointed and isnt this a fire safety hazard as if this was the only door I could get out I would be stuck to which he said was a good point and would take it back to the company! A thumb lock was to be ordered to solve the problem. We have tried contacting them on numerous occasions with no luck. We have since bought a handle which works perfectly but had to an extra £50.00 on top of the £1600 we already paid. Dont get me wrong we love the door but are very disappointed with company representative who said he would sort this out...... but never has!!!!

We had a guy from Safe And Sound come round to measure up and quote for new roof facias for our detached house. Very pleasant guy. He did the measuring and gave us a (fairly expensive) quote there and then. He said he’d email it through. Ok so far.
Within half an hour another guy (presumably the manager - he kept saying he had 30+ years experience in the game) rang us up. He asked if he could come round and show us samples of the plastics used. I said no thanks, I’m sure they’re fine. He said he insisted that he show me the samples so I know how good they were. I said I’m sure they were fine thanks and that there was no need to come round as I was worried that once they were in the house they would be difficult to get rid of (we’d had experience of high pressure sales techniques before at our old house). He continued to insist he came round with samples to show us and that it would only take 20 minutes or so. I told him that I was starting to feel pressured into letting him in the house and that he was making me feel uncomfortable. He said they always come in and show customers the samples and that there was nothing to worry about. I again said no I’m sure they’re fine. He then HUNG UP ON ME! I was shocked and taken aback!
I can only assume that this company ARE a pressure sales company and because I refused his entry to my house he got mad and hung up.
Customers beware of this. I certainly won’t be using them now and will not endure this sort of anxiety enduring behaviour from salesmen of any kind.

We were recommended Safe and Sound and are very pleased with their service. We’ve just had two new sets of replacement patio doors fitted as our other patio doors were fitted in 1998 and had wooden surrounds which were beginning to rot. We hadn’t realised how inefficient they were until these new sets have been installed. We also had some hinges replaced on existing windows. We actually thought we’d need new windows but thanks to Ian’s honesty and integrity he assured us that we only needed new hinges. Very good price, excellent quality and professional service. Apart from great looking new patio doors, you’d never known they had been here. They worked so cleanly and left it immaculate. We will be using them for our replacement front door. Great service all round from quotation from Ian and communication from Lewis and Ian and excellent fitting from Gary, John and Liam. Thank you so such.
On a side note, as a shielded household it was reassuring that all covid guidelines were adhered to and we felt completely safe.

Ordered in October and still waiting for a fitting more then 3 months later.
Appreciate covid could potentially slow things down but I’ve had no communication. I chase the company for an update (just to get a rough idea on a fitting date) but they never return my calls.
This is literally to just fit one window. If they didn’t want the business, why take the deposit?

Wonderful staff, quality products and excellent prices. We first had facias, soffits, verges and guttering fitted and were so impressed that we followed up two months later and now have a beautiful composite front door. In the next couple of months we are having new double glazed windows fitted and we know they will be fabulous. Thanks to Hassan, Gareth, Andrew and Nourdine as well as fitters Paul, Glen, Matthew, Barry and Conner. Highly recommended.
