The most terrible experience I’ve had with a company. Clear miscommunication from day 1. Survey done, no problem. The day of asbestos removal came and they took out my bedroom ceiling ‘as a favour’ without consulting my partner or I eventhough it had no asbestos because they didn’t read the survey report and we wouldn’t have agreed to it being taken out either. Office staff didn’t want to remove anything off the bill even though it was their own fault and left me without power having to do an electrician call out on a Saturday. They reluctantly did eventually but it took far too many calls and emails. Every step of the process needed phone and email chasing. If there was 0 stars that is what I would put. Avoid!

Safe Environment were excellent from start to finish. The contractor gave me a call a day early to ask if he could come sooner as he was in the area, which worked perfectly for me.

Access was straightforward as they could get down the side of the house, so I just had a quick tidy in the morning and left them to it. By the time I got home, the asbestos garage roof had been completely removed — no fuss, no delays.

The whole process was simple, efficient, and well handled. They also offered the best price I could find, which made it even better.

No complaints at all — just relieved to have it sorted. Would definitely recommend.

Booked a asbestos management survey was advised could be done in a few days this didn’t happen it was then around 10+ days later had the app then done on the 9th March advised will be back within 7 days now the 20th March still nothing multiple phone calls and messages to get a update no one answers the calls or messages other than one message after repeated attempts to say it’s being chased up and then complete silence again. The most annoying bit is the shocking communication absolute waste of time appreciate things can take longer for whatever reason but no responses is appalling. Would not recommend.

We can't rate them low enough. Worst business I've ever had dealings with and the fact that the potential result of their lack of ability is so serious just makes it worse. Their 'surveyor' is either completely useless or just takes no care in his work, either way he is not fit for purpose. We hired them to identify the asbestos in our property and remove it and he somehow missed HALF of the walls that contained asbestos in his survey. It was only after I have put up pictures and shelves on these walls that I found out they were infact Asbestos containing so I have exposed myself and potentially my family now thanks to them. When trying to contact them about it, they take months to reply, if you're lucky enough to receive a reply. When they do reply they have been dismissive, accusatory and have just offered for us to hire them again to fix it. Now they have simply just stopped replying to us so we are having to pursue them legally instead. I can't describe to stress and sleepless nights this has put on us. Please save yourself the stress and don't hire these cowboys.

Do not trust this company! Was given a quote which I accepted and was told somebody would be in touch to arrange removal of garage roof. Received a text message out of the blue 2 weeks later telling me this was booked in for the next day. Tried to contact to speak to somebody as this was not convenient. Unable to contact anybody other than a chat bot. Was called the next day to say they were on their way. Explained I wasn’t there, was told somebody from the office would contact me to rearrange appointment. Have been waiting 3 weeks, nobody has contacted me, have tried calling several times, still nobody has called me back - and am getting invoices demanding payment for the work which wasn’t carried out. No communication, no organization, nothing but a headache - avoid!!!

Did what they said they would do. Prompt, clean, and good price.

Excellent company would recommend to all who need such surveys done .!

It was easy to obtain a quote and the price was competitive.
The removal men turned up at the appointed time and removed the sheets without any problems.

Cannot recommend them highly enough, very professional outfit. The communication was clear and the teams they sent to remove and re-instate the ceilings were friendly and flexible communicating the status during the project and upon completion. I've used Safe Environment several times now, all the rooms in our house are Asbestos panels, they always do a very professional job and i have full confidence in them. They clean up spotlessly after they have finished. There price's are very reasonable. I will be using them untill our project is finished.

From the first contact the service was fantastic and on the day the work was carried out the job went smoothly Callum and Owen were also great nothing was a problem. They were quick and efficient.
