Gina and Tim were brilliant at building a bespoke trip for our family of 5. Plenty of options at the inital contact, with a range of itinerary and levels of cost/luxury to meet anyone's requirements. Excellent communication throughout and extrememly efficient.
Much based on personal recommendations if I recall.
Safari leg with Maasai Wanderings visiting Tarangire, Ngorongor Crater and finally Serengeit was really first class. Excellent guide (Baraka) withover 20 years experience looked after us superbly and educated us in not only the wildlife, but also Tanzania history. We saw masses of wildlife in each area we visited - more than enough to satifsy the most hardened safari buff.
Tented camps were certainly a highlight - especially Little Moro (run by Nasikia Camps - linked to Maasai Wanderings) in the remote SW area of Serengeti - only 6 tents, 3 of which were unoccupied, so extremely peaceful, if you discount the night-time hyenas!
All accommodation offered different and genuine experience - staff hugely helpful, informative and attentive. Food plentiful (most breakfast buffet) and of good quality with local, fresh ingredients.
Zanzibar again completly fabulous. One day/night in Stonetown was certainly worth it in terms of bustling town, steeped on history and the classic market mayhem.
Lux Marijni, on the East coast, was an ideal wind down end to the trip. Relaxed pampering, but with plently of activites available is desired. Magnificent pool and beach area.
No hesitation in recommending Safari and Beach.

I wanted to arrange a special holiday for my partners birthday and this company did not disappoint.

Right from the start they listened to what I wanted and tried their best to provide absolutely everything that was on my list but actually came up with much much more, all within budget.

What I loved about them was that their recommendations were based on their own personal experiences of the locations, activities and accommodations.

They arranged absolutely everything, including all transfers. all we had to do was turn up to the airport with our passports.

I really can’t recommend this company enough and will be using them again.

We are just back from our trip to Tanzania which Gina from Safari and Beach organised for us.
We had an amazing time, all the accomodation was brilliant and the Masai Wanderings guides excellent.
Pongwe beach along with Chumbe island topped it off nicely.
It was difficult to know where to start with a family of 7 but Gina advised and organised it for us which made it very easy.
I wanted to be a good tourist, do it the eco- friendly way and give back.
This company along with Maasai wanderings do just that leaving you feeling good about helping out and your money going to the right places.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Our family of 6 returned back this morning after two wonderful and exciting weeks in Tanzania. Our bespoke itinerary was spot on and thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family.

We loved all the different lodges for their uniqueness, luxury and warm welcome. The staff at each lodge made our stay really special.
Zanzibar was the icing on the cake and the Ocean Paradise hotel was perfect.

Having spoken to other UK families whilst we were out there who’d booked their trip through other tour operators, the Safari&Beach itinerary was far better in terms of organisation and ease.

We have just returned from an amazing trip in the Serengeti and Zanzibar. It was my husband and myself who was celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary.
