Great product, but shipping and support need work
I ordered a fragrance from Saeed Ghani – it was the 12ml (1 tola) oil-based version of Blue de Chanel. It was on sale at the time. The original price was PKR 950, but I also added their good bottle for PKR 100, so my total came to PKR 1,050. After the discount, I paid PKR 550.
Honestly, being a local brand, I wasn't expecting much. But I have to say – the impression this fragrance left on me was incredible. I received my order after about two weeks, and I'm completely satisfied with the quality, quantity, and even the bottle. For a local brand, they're definitely delivering a solid product. And even at the original price of PKR 950, it's still a great deal compared to what you'd pay in the market.
That said, there is one downside – the shipping. It took two whole weeks to arrive. They do offer free shipping on orders above PKR 999, but delivery was painfully slow. I'm not sure if that was because of the sale rush or if this is just their usual turnaround time, since this was my first order with them. For reference, I placed the order in August and received it on the 18th. The courier was Postex.
The customer care experience was even more disappointing. I tried reaching out via email multiple times, but never got a single reply back.
