If I could give them a ZERO I would. It tooks weeks to get a password reinstated which the instructions kept coming up as DUTCH. Had a meeting scheduled for "support" and tried confirming to the email send and the email was not good. Then tried to set up another meeting and they only have non business hours like 3am-6:30p???? IF YOU ARE SELLING TO THE US GET SOME DAMN AGENTS WHO ARE AVAILABLE DURING BUSINESS HOURS. JUST GOING TO WRITE THIS PIECE OF CRAP SOFTWARE OFF AND FIND ANOTHER...DO NOT BUY AND WASTE YOUR MONEY
