unprofessional agents, arrogant... avoid!
rep of this company sent me a general sales pitch phishing email about the rateable value of my property. I did not reply. He asked again if i had any thoughts, i said none. His reply was to quote an unrelated report from the BBC regarding diabolical nursery funding rates paid by the Government. He explicitly accused me that "this implies (by not doing business with his arrogant, ego-centric, unprofessional ****) that you don't agree with the rising costs you pass on to clients and yet you also don't want to do anything about". The newsreport was not about parents it was about price-fixing childcare. Well mr rep, my middle name is Karen and I do! Whilst exposing your terrible lack of professionalism, I'd like to point out that due to a sizeable extension re-rating our value would add costs to our clients! In summary it turns out i know more than you do about my rising costs and controlling them. I kept the receipts!
