Appalling service. Got free through my work related free medical insurance. Have now been made redundant and no longer have access to the app. Ive also moved. They refuse to cancel the service and keep sending my prescription to the wrong address. Its like pulling teeth.

Astounding Service!

So glad i found this online pharmacy as i had problems with previous ones! I need my prescriptions delivered and once the dr actually gets round to signing it, the service is quick and usually only takes a few days!
Customer service is brilliant, five stars well deserved!

Could not recommend more highly!

I could not recommend this Pharmacy more if I tried! They are incredible for accessibility, communication and delivering.

I have a visual impairment so I find navigating the app a little challenging (I find using apps in general difficult cl– this is no issue for Rxlive you can order your prescriptions in various ways including over the telephone and via email. I've never had to wait very long in a queue and I've always managed to speak to someone extremely helpful when sending emails they always respond well within 24 hours and will do their utmost to help and resolve any potential issues. I feel that I'm always going to receive an honest response from a' real' person

I think it can be easy to forget that ordering prescriptions, especially repeat and controlled drugs Can be really stressful at times and the people ordering them are often pretty unwell. Sometimes I feel that the importance of the medication can be overlooked. I feel that Rxlive Fully appreciate the situation

Rx live are excellent…

I've used rxlive for many years,and also recommended them to family&friends. Terrible "service"

Terrible "service" in 3 months they were unable or unwilling to accept my "new" address of 8 years, repeatedly asking if I knew where I lived? This caused monthly delays on receiving the medication whilst they argued with the GP surgery. They also repeatedly told me my GP is not registered....complete waffle and twice changed my supplier on line back to themselves, after my pharmacist had changed supplier for me.
Had I been "deregistered" I would not still be receiving ongoing treatment or medication.
If you value your physical and mental health, do NOT use this outfit.

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how frustrating delays in receiving medication can be.

Following repeated attempts over the past three months to obtain your prescriptions, we were informed that the GP surgery had de-registered you. As a result, the surgery was unable to issue prescriptions on your behalf, which unfortunately prevented us from dispensing your medication during that time. It is a legal requirement for us to get a prescription to deliver, also you spoke to one of our advisors yesterday and the langauge you used is unacceptable, you confirmed your address which was under the postcode but the problem is your GP has removed you as you refused a GP review with them after numerous attempts.

We understand there were address discrepancies raised, and we made several attempts to clarify these details with the GP surgery. However, without an active registration at the practice, prescriptions could not be processed.

Regarding the online pharmacy nomination, changes can sometimes occur automatically through the NHS system when requests are submitted via different platforms, we have complete records and several cancellations emails we have asked you to re register with your GP. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused and are happy to clarify how nominations work if that would be helpful.

We strongly recommend contacting your GP surgery as soon as possible to confirm your registration status and ensure your details are fully updated. Once your registration is active, we will be able to process prescriptions without further issue. We have also emailed your GP and have asked for clarifcation.

Take AGES to dispatch medication

I have been using rx live for a while now for both myself and my partner and the amount of time they take to dispatch medication is a joke. Sometimes it can take approx 2 weeks for the prescription to be sent to them and them to dispatch my medication.

I am on anti depressants and the past 2 prescriptions have been late so I have actually run out which can be dangerous.

I messaged them on Friday to say I had run out and was told it would be dispatched asap. It’s now Tuesday and they’ve still not been dispatched!

I think it’s time to look for a new pharmacy!

Won't be using again

I have used this company twice now, and on both occasions I had to chase my order.
This time, I contacted them to ask why the delivery date was a week away and was told, “We only received your order today; we will dispatch it tomorrow.” Five days later, nothing had arrived. I emailed again to ask where my order was and was told, “Thank you, we will get it sent now.”
I then queried why it had not been dispatched the next day as previously advised, but I received no response.
I would rather collect my prescription from the pharmacy myself. I only used this service because it was offered as an employee benefit at my workplace.

To add since this review was uploaded I have now received a payment charge for guaranteed next day delivery which I certainly did not get

I response to your latest reply, I don’t appreciate the level of detail shared here, particularly as this information had already been sent to me privately by email.

This issue occurred around four months ago, and at no point was sent a payment link or that there was any issue with my account. I have since checked my emails and can confirm I never received a payment link until last week. I am not able to make payment without a link, but I was never made aware there was a problem.
Rather than contacting me to explain this at the time, I was left to repeatedly chase my orders. I also had to provide a screenshot of my bank account to prove payment because your system did not show it correctly.
Posting this level of detail publicly feels inappropriate and attempts to shift responsibility for delays that I was never informed about. My original review reflects my experience of having to repeatedly chase orders due to poor communication, which remains unchanged.

We sincerely apologise for the delays and the lack of clear communication regarding your order. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to repeatedly chase your prescription delivery.

I apologise for any confusion, and I’d like to clarify the situation regarding your recent orders.

The delay with the first order occurred because the account profile had not yet been confirmed as paid. However, in order to ensure you received your medication without disruption, we dispatched the prescription before payment was completed. For 4 months you haven’t paid us the 9.90 NHS charge.

When the second payment link was settled on the 24/1/26 four months after the first prescription delivery, it covered the cost of the previous prescription. Following your enquiry, we again arranged for the order to be sent out despite payment not being finalised at that time.

Unfortunately, this is why the medication was not dispatched under our usual same-day service, as same-day dispatch is only available once payment and account setup are fully confirmed. We are currently still owed 9.90. If you are having trouble paying this amount please contact support@rxlive.co.uk and our team will be happy to arrange a payment link or a payment plan to pay.

To prevent any further delays, we can either make the necessary amendments on your account to take payment correctly, or we kindly ask that you complete the setup on your account.

Once this is in place, future prescriptions will be dispatched on the same day as approval when prompted.

Our team has gone out of its way to ensure you received your medication, even during periods when payment had not been made — something most services would not provide.

Leaving a one-star review after receiving prescriptions for four months without payment or penalty does not fairly reflect the level of support and care we have provided.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Using them for years!

I've been getting my repeat prescriptions delivered for years from these guys and never had any issues (caused by them). On the odd occasion my GP has sent my prescription to the wrong place but every time I've contacted RX Live through their live chat they've managed to help me get it sorted. If I've been worried about running out, my meds are on their way next day delivery!! Definitely takes away the hassle of requesting and then going to the pharmacy myself!

Terrible service. Wait weeks for prescriptions to be dispensed- not only due to Christmas/New year period. Numerous excuses which are not consistent. The website is extremely difficult to navigate and not fit for purpose.

The delays you experienced were primarily due to the Christmas and New Year period. During this time, several of our suppliers were closed, with some closing for up to 6 days and others operating with reduced capacity, resulting in an overall delay of around 5 working days across the supply chain. Unfortunately, this had a knock-on effect on dispensing timelines despite our best efforts to manage demand.

We understand how disappointing and inconvenient this can be, especially when waiting for essential medication, and we apologise that this was not communicated as clearly or consistently as it should have been. We are expecting service to resume normally next week. We will upgrade your account to a priority patient.
