Highly recommended

Highly recommended, great customer experience. I ordered a Lay-Z-Spa Stockholm on a Sunday and within 1 hr was called to arrange delivery, luckily possible the same day. Guys were on time, polite and very helpful with moving the box onto the patio area for setup. The product itself is fantastic, this is our second Lay-Z-Spa an upgrade from inflatable.

We bought a Lay-Z-Spa - Carrara …

We bought a Lay-Z-Spa hot tub from New Forest Hot Tubs and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Delivery was quick, everything was explained clearly, and the aftercare advice was really helpful. The tub itself is great quality and exactly as described.

It’s refreshing to deal with a small, local business that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommended.
