I have the listing. It’s paid. But dealing with it is a nightmare. I have to renew after 2 montgs or you take down what I paid for? What is tgst all about

Selling my fifth for two years but, it is still unsold. The listing keep expired if not login the account for certain time.

$90 to list for 2 weeks with barely any leads is not worth it. Got much better responses from FBMP and offer up

Site is easy to navigate and makes creating ads a breeze.

Everything needed (Tools) to sell an RV. Easy to list.

Never returned phone call. Felt totally ignored.

The only interest I have received was from a dealer which I didn't know until her 3rd e-mail.

I’ve received only two customer calls and the rest are scammers wanting me to provide a vin report or wanting me to market my coach through eBay for a fee.
I am a bit overpriced but not unreasonably so. I’ve been listed for 3 months so far and will finish out my year and end it there.
RVTrader is a great resource for searching for RV but I hesitate because of constant bombardment of scammers abusing this service.
I will adjust my price once again to be fair.

I subscribed with RV Trader and within 2 hours of it going live, I had 10 scam texts. Within 24 hours I was up to 20. They all text claiming they are interested in the vehicle. They ask good questions and tell you they want to see it. You agree and then they send you another text stating they need a vehicle report, which they send you a link to. They claim they need this before the meeting and If you go to the site it will generate a vehicle report for $50+. They then ask for the report along with a copy of the receipt. You never hear from them again. They take the receipt to the vehicle site and are given a commission from the company. RV Trader will not acknowledge that this is a problem. I would stay away from the site until they figure out how to fix the problem.

So I listed my trailer on Sept 29, 2024. I sent myself an inquiry to check that it was working. Over the next couple days my wife and I were surprised we had not received a single inquiry. Today I received an email from RVTrader that someone inquired. It said it came in 2 hours ago @1:12 PM. That was a bit earlier today, Oct 2, 2024. So I called the person that inquired and they told me they already bought something. I said, "Wow, you only inquired 2 hours ago." They said they had inquired Monday (Sept 30). They also were disappointed because they really did not want to buy from a dealer and were upset when I had not contacted them back right away. I explained I just got the email.
So I called RVTrader customer support to find out WTH. The first person I spoke to said that their spam filter can take up to 48 hours to send inquiries through. I was like "WHAT?" I expressed how upset I was that I had most certainly lost a sale. The person was unable to tell me anything more so I asked for a manager. I was put on with a manager that basically repeated the same stuff and could not help me further and I asked for a true manager as this person was just a team lead.
So after several hang ups on their end, I got to speak with Julie. I don't know her last name because she refused to provide it to me. Basically she again repeated that their system is for our protection and that 48 hours can happen. I asked when this detail was provided to me BEFORE I paid and she confirmed what I already knew in that it was NOT provided to me before I paid. I also asked her (and the 2nd person as well) how they notify prospective buyers that there can be up to a 48 hour delay in a seller getting your inquiry. I never got an answer to that. I pretty much know that they are not informed since I sent myself a test inquiry and saw nothing to inform me of a possible 48 hour delay. In fact, I got my test pretty much immediately.
I explained that had I known there was an unspoken 48 hour delay in getting inquiries, I would have NEVER signed up. I asked for a refund and was told NO. I told Julie I plan on filing a complaint with the FTC and she encouraged me to do so. I asked Julie for her bosses name and contact and she refused. She got somewhat snotty and belligerent with me toward the end of our conversation, told me she manages the entire USA and said unless I had anything else for here this conversation was over. I never raised my voice or swore or said anything other than matter-of-factly why I am upset and not happy with how they are handling this.
It is interesting to note that the reason for the 48 hour delay is that computers kick out suspect contacts and then a human goes through it personally. In todays tech world this is about 30 years ago. My guess is RVTrader is not investing in the future. Other reviews talk about upset buyers because of delays in response. Clearly it is RVTrader in many cases not the Seller. I asked why this inquiry got kicked out and it was because of lack of punctuation. I asked Julie if she had interacted with the public recently because with texting and all of these social media forms of comm, no one uses complete, well punctuated writing. She got mad and repeated their rules are there to protect us. (I guess protect us from selling our RV...LOL) I used very good English on this to make sure they don't filter it out...

Not worth the 175 I paid for a 2 month ad. In that time, I can honestly say that I didn’t get any real hits. The only interest I had was three dumb questions. I say dumb because, if they had actually read my ad they wouldn’t have asked the questions. And yes I had a very desirable Travel trailer, priced accurately, that eventually sold for asking price on Facebook Marketplace. The whole startup process was very disappointing. I placed my ad on a Friday evening aiming for weekend browsers only to find there’s no support nights or weekends with RV Trader. I wrote my ad, uploaded pics and published. Only to find that my copy didn’t load, and the photos didn’t show at first either. I called and emailed customer service. Finally, after no response I called again on Monday and got a helpful customer service rep who informed me that my copy didn’t show because you can’t copy and paste with their software. Hello this is 2024 and all of the free ad spaces out there do allow you to copy and paste. She was actually very helpful and I waited on the line while she typed in every word of my ad letter by letter, not very efficient RV trader! I spent the next week or so fine tuning punctuation and bullets etc. NOT what I expected for a PAID ad! Don’t waste your money here.

Getting notifications when a new rv met my search criteria was instrumental to me for finding the right rv at my price point.

Had little to no interest in my listing

I bought a 2024 brand new camper and haven’t been able to use it… has been in the shop for over a month now… break assist got fried… then no parts, now we are waiting for parts. Meanwhile, I’m making payments on a camper i can’t use. I lost my reservation for a campsite, and the money. And summer is over and I feel like I bought this camper to put it in storage.

Great ability to filter and save specific searches nationwide. Helped determine current market for specific RV's and provide me with the information needed for negotiations.

The Abilities to search for and be notified of MY search preferences

When i type in what im specifically looking for i get too many other brands and not what i requested. Too much wasted time here.
