We purchased a$100,00.00+ used motorhome and have had a horrible experience. Do not buy anything from this dealer1 They are liars and cheats.
Our motorhome was "inspected" by the service department and they found nothing to be concerned about. We had to have the suspension system repaired 3 times, the refrigerator doesn't work, the microwave doesn't work, the leveling jacks don't work, the windshield was leaking and we were told it had new batteries. All a big lie!
We went to a local 4 star rated RV park and the manager told us she was sorry to hear we bought our RV at RV Depot. She said anyone who purchased their RV there has had a bad experience.
Thousands of dollars and plenty of our time has been spent getting the RV in usable condition. We have had the RV for 7 months and have not been able to use it.
DO NOT BUY A RV AT RV DEPOT!!!!!

The Service dept is horrible. First they wanted to send me out with 2 entirely different size tires on the passenger side of the trailer, then when the toilet they supposedly repaired wasn't repaired leaked because the toilet they installed was a so called universal toilet in (their words not mine) did not fit the sewage hole and rocked back and forth along with spewing water over the brim and from the bottom, refused to reimburse me for having to call someone out stating, and now because there is a hole in the ac are stating it is from a bullet hole and it worked, I only have low fan- no high fan so in Texas heat it does nothing to cool the trailer. They say it worked so it's not their problem basically. Am turning this over to an Attorney because on top of the price it is going to cost me over 3k to have the repairs done to make it livable. If I could give them below a 1 star for the service dept I would in a heart beat. The issues were brought to their attention, and it has taken literally 3 weeks to get the no answers I got. If I could deliver it back and say I'm returning your PIECE of SHIT trailer I would in a heart beat. They do not stand behind service or service after the sale in any way shape or form.

Experience with RV Depot - A WarningMy experience with RV Depot has gone from bad to worse, culminating in a deeply frustrating and dismissive interaction with their customer service. After facing issues with a recent purchase, I reached out to them hoping for some resolution or at least a path forward.Instead, I was met with nothing but the runaround. It was clear that resolving my concerns was not a priority. The conversation was unproductive, and my attempts to find a solution were continually deflected. The most shocking and disappointing part came when I was explicitly told that they "couldn't make me happy."This statement is not only incredibly unprofessional but also a stark indicator of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. To be told so bluntly that they are unwilling or unable to rectify problems, essentially leaving me to deal with them on my own, is a massive betrayal of trust.I am profoundly disappointed by RV Depot's approach to customer service. It's clear that once they have your money, their responsibility ends. Save yourself the stress and potential financial headache. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with RV Depot to look elsewhere.

EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Got a camper almost 3 years ago customer service sucks ass . They try and make you leave a review before you even leave the parking lot I heard more about leaving a review than I did about the actual camper. So most of these reviews are forced . I told them no several times while there and they didn’t speak to me again at all. Ok know to the present I had a unforeseen family emergency during the holiday season and got behind stayed in constant contact through email with them letting them know the situation and was making smaller payments every week or every other week to show good faith. Until they blocked me from making payments online every type of payment method was blocked. Miranda ha that woman is something else what a snake she is and a liar. Tells me through email to contact her as she is the account manager and she never picks the phone up always getting transferred and her voicemail is always full. So I emailed and said full past due will be paid by the last week of February the week of the 15th. So on February 12th around 6am while I was at work they send one of there drivers from Texas to Georgia to repossess the camper. The dumbass forcefully removes a locked x wheel chock . And in the process destroys my yard and my neighbors yard. I believe they hire there employees from a half way house. I’ve read other reviews that there personal items were stolen out of there camper after repossession from rv depot. I had prob thousands dollars worth of items in there and some of my daughters Christmas presents that she left in there after a trip we took after Christmas. Yeah I fell behind but if I had no intentions on paying I would not have stayed in contact with them throughout and would of took there tracking device out and hid the camper. After almost 3 years of paying they saw a opportunity to get it got almost 3 years of payment out of me and will turn around sell it for about the same amount win win for them. These people are as crooked as it gets. They charge you triple what the RV should cost in the interest rates are more than through the roof, the RVs are filthy when you get them a lot of times and have been stripped of a lot of things that they should actually have in them. Not to mention, they actually force you to leave a good Google review before they will give you the keys to your RV. I know this because I was there When this happened to a friend of mine and I have spoken with several other people that got their RVs from there that told me the same thing happened to them. Just because people have less than stellar credit does not mean they should be treated like dirt.

Due to financial issues the camper came up for repo, they snatched the camper while we were on a job in Oklahoma during a snow storm. The repo man then took the camper to his house & stole everything out that had value, clothes, PS5, blackstone grill, tv off the wall, skin care products, underwear, socks, WiFi extended etc then took it to the dealership to turn in. Steve Greig the owner admitted to the employee taking it to his house before the dealership but refuses to help me anymore because I won’t take my reviews off the internet.

Every time I try to pay my bill no one answers the phones even when I told a manager nothing has changed every month I dread having to speak to them.

I am so pisst off got the rv delivered for 1500 to el paso tx and I don't know who oked it for sell this rv has so much hole with caulking and on the roof light brocken wall paper pilling looks like water damage wanted a rv to enjoy 4th of July to travel not happening they keep giving me the run around to take it back to fix it why didn't they fix it before now I have to pay again to return it for there wrong doing don't want this trailer asked to trade it let's see if they do very up set with this rv depot in clement tx if they don't trade taking it further up cuz 8000 don't grow on trees

Whatever you do, DO NOT give these people the time of day. They will misrepresent what they have to sell on line, they'll demand a nonrefundable deposit, they will trick you into signing a "contract" and not supply you with a copy, then finally show you the junk they just "sold" you. Then it's one hoop after another for a month before you can even think about picking up your RV. They will not disclose that the RV has been in an accident, they don't actually fix anything that's wrong with the RV (they just get it going good enough to make you think it's fixed). If I hadn't been screwed into the deal by dishonesty and could have gotten my money back, I'd have gone somewhere else with honest sales people. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a 40k pile of junk.

Please check reviews before buying and signing all that paperwork that make u believe I bought a Rv from them back in Dec 2023 Ac didn’t work heat didn’t work we had to use space heaters leaks out the ass completely flooded the unit I was late on May payment wasn’t even a month behind and they came out to pick Rv up and my stuff in it … getting the run around about getting my stuff back from them DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY

RV price was $27,795 when I got it on March 4th, 2023. Paid $4000 down, and paying $568 a month, for 14 months and they say pay off is $23,995. They will rip you off, lie to your face. And lie and lie and lie.

Deb's assistance at RV Depot was a breath of fresh air amidst my frustrating search for an RV. Despite my less-than-stellar credit, she guided me through the process with patience and understanding. What stood out to me was her honesty; she didn't sugarcoat things, yet she explained everything in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. It was clear that she genuinely cared about finding the right RV for me and my needs.

Once we found the perfect RV, the rest of the RV Depot team was equally helpful. From the financing department to the service technicians, everyone was professional and attentive. They made sure that the RV was in top condition before I drove off the lot, giving me peace of mind for my upcoming adventures.

If anyone in the comments has an attorney handling a matter with this company please email or contact me as I am and have been experiencing the same horrific outcome after buying from this company it has been a nightmare and me and my family have experienced everything im reading in the comments as well. They sold me a damaged RV that the insurance company already had flagged in a database for damages from previous owner which was never disclosed to me. I have spoken to an attorney in TX but I feel as though there needs to be a class action lawsuit. thank you.

Everything is wrong with the rv I just got nothing works and everything keeps breaking like I opened my cabnet and the glass came out and other things ice box works then 3 days it won't then it will toilet has issues IM CALLING FOX 4 IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK ME AND MY KIDS CAN NOG LIVE IT IT LIKE THIS AND I HAVE NO TRUCK TO DRIVE AN HOUR TO GET IT FIXED TO MUCH WRONG I NO LONGER WANT IT

Do not purchase here. They’re dishonest and will not stand behind anything they sell. The 6 month warranty they claim to give you is fraud. On day one of owning this RV, we discovered the AC leaking into to the RV and found water damage in the roof. We picked our RV up on a Saturday and they were pushing us out the door at 5:00. I called and reported the roof at open of business on Monday. They said bring it in and we will take care of it. Three weeks later, I received a call from Kevin the service manager, saying that I needed to pay a $1,000 to replace the roof, or pay $100 for them to reseal it; but I’d still have wood rot. This place is predatory and fraudulent. Do not do business with this company. They pressure you for a good review as soon as the paperwork is signed. The salesperson said that this is how the get paid. It’s all fake. I’ve already contacted my attorney.

Had a wonderful sells man and everyone with paper work had everything ready to go when we got there.

I gave them 8k down on a 32k 5th wheel camper toy hauler. I owned it for 3.5 years yes I was late on a few notes yes they work with me but in 3.5 years u would think ot was paid down to 5-8 k left. Well no it was not, the last time I talked to them they told me my pay off was 18k I ask them to work with me because I had covid and I was in the hospital for a month and then got out and went to work and work was slow so I was not making the money I was.. I asked them multiple times to take 250.00 payment for 3 or 4 weeks till I could get caught up and they told me the least they could take is 400.00 I told them to come get it... they do not help your credit they only hurt it... I got my credit people to look and see and all they saw was negative feed back from rv depot... they do not want to give you any warranty with the camper you buy no matter how much you put down I had to beg just to get a 6 month warranty... if you give them money down and something happens to you and you need to back out of the deal they will not give you 50% of your money back... all in all worst place to get a camper and try to help fix your credit

They lied to me about the down payment when i made it perfectly clear i wad putting 2000 down ! I jave it in text . They never once mentioned that another 2000 was to nr brought at closing . Idrove 300 miles and took a day off wrk. For nothing !! His manager was rude and said my 2000 i put down was non refundable!! I payed insurance like they said and fuel money and they did not care one way are another that i left there with no rv yet they kept my money . Oh and they ran my card with out my approval. I told them i would call and tell them when to run my card . For the 2000 down
They ran it twice before i called them for the gonahead. Extremely unprofessional people . Do not trust anything they tell you . As well they never sent me a contract via emsil like o ask tnem to .

I purchased an RV from RV Depot (Tampa Location) last month. I was very impressed with their service and courtesy. The salesperson, Valon made my RV buying experience very easy. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and gave me lots of useful tips. This dealership also fixed some issues with the RV and were very responsive even after I got the RV. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a reliable RV at a good price.
