Ne vous faites pas avoir ! J'ai commandé une veste à 135 euros (175 euros en comptant tous les frais) pour recevoir une veste de piètre qualité qui sent le POISSON.

Je trouve ça absolument culotté de se faire passer pour une marque française, "haut-de-gamme", qui vend des vêtements de la même qualité que Shein. (Je n'abuse même pas)

On pourrait aussi s'interroger sur la provenance des articles directement envoyés de Chine, car cela n'est mentionné aucune fois sur le site. Ça m'aurait à la limite dissuadée.

Yall they sent me a package labeled that it came from Shien!!!!!! It’s shien quality clothes for a marked up price!!!!! I’m literally going to call my credit card company and tell them it’s fraud

Very poor quality of the product. Does not reflect what they advertise on the website. Mostly important they have no return policy. Asking you to send a product back out of the country and pay for the shipping, then refund you after they get the parcel back. Very dishonest company. They manipulate you with the refund. Product definitely not made in the USA as they advertise.
Think twice before you order anything from this terrible company ☹️☹️☹️☹️
As of today, the company is asking me again to send the order back to Dubai address.
They know that most of the costumers will gave up and won’t pay for the postage that will cost you more many than the parcel.
That is how they make the profit, they don’t deserve and totally ignore us costumers when you don’t agree with the quality of their garment. Again, terrible company. Think twice before you place an order from them.
No way to return or call them to issue complaints.
Products on their website they advertise don’t reflect what you will get.

TRUFFA SCONOSGLIO VIVAMENTE. Ho acquistato i pantaloni dal loro sito, sono arrivati decisamente diversi dalle foto, la mesh è il coloro non corrispondevano, e di qualità molto, molto bassa. Inoltre io servizio costa il 25% in più per i dazi poiché arrivano dalla Cina quindi ho pagato altri 30€ circa. Servizio clienti pessimo, data la differenza palese, avrebbero fatto il reso ma avrei dovuto Comunque sostenere le spese di spedizione più altri 30€ per il dazio verso la Cina. Per me è una truffa, sconsiglio vivamente.

Very happy with my experience. My order came quickly and quality of the clothes are incredible.
Their customer service team was also very helpful. I had a question about an item and they got back to me after a day.

I bought the Vaona jumpsuit and the quality is not the best. Is extremely see through and expensive + plus the delivery fee I had to pay was just not worthy.

Sizing is completely off. Items are made in China and have to be returned to China which costs a fortune. Instagram and website are misleading, they lead you to believe they are based in France. Really put off by this brand.

The quality is horrible and cheap and it’s not worth the price at all. The sizing is off as well. The clothes look different from the photos as well. It’s basically a scam.
Returning the items is impossible and super expensive.
Please don’t buy from this website.

Horrible experience and product, ordered their Korl cargo pants , when I received them the material was horrible and the zipper cut my hip. I tried returning them but to return it cost $180, almost double of what I paid for them.

Furthermore, I have to say that their customer experience is the best I’ve ever received. I had some concerns with my size, and they were so kind and understanding, and helped me so fast. J'ai commandé sur ce site puis j'ai regardé les avis. Là, j'ai commencé à flipper. 114€ le pantalon korl, je ne voulais pas prendre de risques.
Finalement, j'ai été agréablement surprise. Effectivement, il vient de Chine et j'ai payé des frais de douanes ( j'ai déjà payer des frais de douanes pour la Turquie, ça arrive pas tous le temps mais ça arrive ).
La livraison fût rapide et dans les délais impartis.
Le pantalon est à la bonne taille ce qui le rend confortable, j'ai regardé sur le site les dimensions par rapport à mes mesures. La coupe est flatteuse et le matériau de bonne qualité ( j'ai l'habitude de commandé des vêtements en coton brut, en soie pure ect ). Entre un pantalon velours côtelé en coton et un jean épais. À voir dans le temps. La fermeture éclair est de bonne qualité également.
Je recommande cette marque.

I have to say that i am very disappointed by the poor communication that I have experienced with this company.
I have contacted FedEx in regards to my parcel as I have not received any further information in regards to how/ where i should collect my order from this company. They have now informed me that my parcel has been sent back to a Chinese facility while it is said to be french / without any notice. It has now been over a month. No news.

Update: after writing a review i had finally gotten a response and my money returned although i wished for them to resend my ordered items with the answer that « when the parcel is sent back to us, we will not be able to receive it due to the high return rate » so who gets the returned packages? This company operates very unprofessionally and i won’t order there again.

Bought cargo trousers for £120 on second wearing the zip broke, emailed them explaining (and by no means was k doing Russian dancing in them, I wore them to a meal and not even a full day, and they broke at the beginning of the second time wearing them) they just said they won't do anything and I would need to take to a seamstress.

Cheap, rubbish charged too highly and nl customer service.

La merce è di bassa qualità ma la cosa incredibile è che ho dovuto pagare 25€ di tasse doganali. il negozio si spaccia come se fosse nella comunità europea mentre la merce è arrivata da hong kong! mai più acquisterò da loro

This shop sells in euros, and ships from France. But then expects buyers to return unwanted goods (which are not up to EU/UK quality...) back to the brand's supplier in CHINA (obviously).
