Great customer service - Went in to see if they had any oofos sandals in my size. The staff were really helpful.

If anyone is wondering if the hype around oofos is valid, they are fantastic. I've been suffering from a heel injury and oofos sandals have helped enormously.

Fantastic experience. Visited the Nantwich store with my (very temperamental) 1 year old. The woman working was patient and friendly. I had a gait analysis with neutral shoes, the results explained to me and then again after every pair of shoes I tried so I could see what difference they made. The shoes I got have changed my running experience for the better with no aches or pains! They then asked about blue light discount to try and help manage the cost. Could not recommend more highly if I tried. The only store I will be buying my running shoes from from now on. Thank you.

Noticed this new shop in Nantwich recently & I popped in for the first time a week or so ago. I'm a complete beginner & I've decided to give running a serious go. As a running newbie I wasn't really sure what running shoes to get, the girl who helped me (Unfortunately I didn't get her name, blonde hair) was so friendly & provided wonderful customer service. She got me on the treadmill & then showed me my running style, then gave me a couple of pairs of shoes to try on. The first pair felt great, so I bought them and so far I'm loving them. My running journey has started, Running Bear are top class & I recommend to anyone who wants to get into running. I will definitely be a frequent customer from now on.

Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Helped explain the problems I was having and manage to sort me out with the correct shoes for me. I would highly recommend if you you need anything running related.
