My rug had its lovely bright colours restored. They did a great job. I thought the price was fair as my rug was unusual and needed specialist cleaning. They are nice friendly people to deal with and provide a good service. There was a hiccup with the first time they tried to deliver my rug back to me. But that was put right with a an efficient delivery the second time.

I’m really impressed! I thought it was too late for my Persian tabriz rug but rug master proved me wrong, the restoration was phenomenal and the service was quick.

Ringmaster were great. They were polite and respectful you don’t see that so often anymore. They collected and delivered as promised and did a super cleaning job. The rug and smells as good as new. Fab service.

I saw a moth larva on my cherished Beni Ourain vintage rug and it hadn't been cleaned in five years, so it was time for these guys to step in. Efficient pickup and drop off for free, rug inspection, moth proofing, and most importantly -- restoring it to fluffy white brilliance -- all done for a reasonable price. Will 💯 use again.

Really friendly personal service, from initial quote to pickup and drop off. We were moving and they were able to pick up our four rugs from the old address and deliver to the new place, which was great. One of our rugs had some staining from coffee and various other spillage and now looks good as new. All the rugs came back lovely and clean. It was such a painless experience I would not consider anyone else next time the rugs need a clean.

Great service which started with a home visit. Some valuable and well loved rugs came back wonderfully light having lost the weight of years of dirt and dust and the colours have really improved. The only small comment is that I think it would help if the pricing of the services provided were a little easier to understand and transparent.

Can’t fault the service, it took a while, but I guess you can’t rush a decent job. I’ve had nightmares with other companies so very pleased to have found someone that does what they claim.

I found this company by chance. I was searching for a rug cleaning company that deals with moth infestations, and collects. These guys are awesome. They made time for me and collected the rug the same day I enquired, and dropped the rug off as soon as it was ready. I have a very large black fluffy rug. Beautiful rug, but way too big to shake out. I had the rug for about 5 years. So you can imagine the amount of trapped dirt I had in it that the hoover couldn’t reach. And on top of it I needed to get rid of any form of larvae or eggs that might have been in it. They deep cleaned it and treated the rug for moths. It came back nice and beautifully cleaned with a protective coat on it from the moths. The rug looks brand new. Will definitely be using them again when needs be. Thank you Rug masters. :-)
