I recently ordered from Ruffle Butts and was blown away! I couldn’t believe with how quickly they shipped my order. I received my order neatly wrapped which showed me how much they care about their product. I was in love as soon as I opened the tissue paper! I did have a missing pair of pants from my order and reached out to Customer service via email. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded and and took care of the problem! Within an hour I had new tracking for the missing pants which was Incredible! Ruffle Butts gained a loyal customer and we can’t wait to purchase our next RB haul!

I love the tights. They are so soft and will be very comfortable on my granddaughter. Love the fit. I will definitely be buying more in other colors.

I do love the quality of your clothes but the sizing is so off with your leggings! How does one baby fit into a 12-24 month size with the range of heights and weights? I bought three leggings and they are so tiny that my 18 mo old granddaughter, who is in the 26th% for height and weight, could not fit into them. I've returned this whole order.

When my order arrive I was missing two pair of tights that I had ordered. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the mistake and sent me the two missing items right way with no trouble. That is how I wish every customer service center would handle problems. Very impressed. Thank you.

Honestly, not impressed at all for the price they ask. I purchased a $27 cardigan that was supposed to ship Aug 26th, and I still have received no tracking info for it, almost 4 weeks later. No idea where it is, but my daughter needed it for school.......3 weeks ago. We purchased a dress at full price last spring, and my daughter ripped the side wide open the first time she pulled it over her head. Stretchy, yet very thin material. Now, she has to wear a brand new(expensive) dress with crazy looking homemade stitches down the side because I wasn't going to throw it away. We've never had these problems with Carters, Target, or Old Navy dresses, for a fraction of the price.

Update: I have updated my experience from 2 stars to 4 stars, due to their customer service. Rufflebutts reached out to me personally via phone call and refunded me for the item that ripped; then, gave me a $10 coupon to make up for the item that took 5.5 weeks to arrive. They also gave me free, priority shipping on the replacement order that I made with the refund. Every customer service agent that reached out to me was kind and professional, and wanted to make things right. I appreciate that in a company!

I have ordered from RuffleButts several times for almost a year. I have NEVER been disappointed with anything I have ever received...easy to order, usually TOO easy :)!!!...quick delivery and excellent quality in everything!
