The atmosphere and good food were relaxing. It was a pleasure to have dinner. Great food and staff. Great atmosphere.

Just been to the Camden Market’s Rudys the hospitality was awful!!! Couldn’t order until we stand up and went to ask for someone to come. Ate the end, after waiting for a really long time we were able to ask for the bill. The waitress came and just told us the total and we paid. My friend asked for the receipt and she brought one with half of the price we paid, we went to the balcony to ask for ours and she had charged us almost 12pound more.
They really doesn’t seem to know what hospitality means.
The food was good tho

We live close by the Islington branch and the whole family had been looking forward to going for the first time. Tried to book a table but they only take walk-ins. Walked-in on a Tuesday just after 8pm. Several tables free so excited to sit down and try the food. Abruptly told the kitchen was closed because they had too many orders to cope with. No offer to wait with a drink, no apology. Never had that experience before. V.poorly run. PS I now see online that the founders, Rudy and Matthew, were forced out by their investors. Feels like an unhappy ship.

Poor packing lets them down. Chilled goods arrived warm and some items were not properly vacuum sealed.

One tiny ice pack (basically the size of four regular ice cubes) is not enough to keep a box full of food chilled when sent by courier, even if it is delivered the next day.

I emailed their support team and was assured that the food will be fine, but no apology offered. Disappointed.

Fantastic products, great service and brilliant delivery service. Would highly recommend.

I've ordered online from them twice now and plan on placing regular orders going forward! I started off with their DIY Reuben kit and seriously WOW it is absolutely amazing. They send all the toppings, a whole loaf of rye bread, and ton of (vegan) pastrami and it is _incredible_. Their vegan butcher shop is open now too. I've tried lots of it already and they are all delicious!

A great first experience. Ordered a range of vegan products (which were delicious btw). Website was clear on delivery date. When they were swamped with orders they communicated clearly about possible delays and offered a discount. They responded to email within 24 hours and got me my delivery on time. Will definitely use again.
