Excellent service as usual great communication and helpful delivery service. Delivery addressee is disabled and the timber was left exactly where asked leaving access for her wheelchair. The shadow gap cladding looks great.

Poorly Made Gate
I bought a timber gate from this firm. Wish I had been at home when it was delivered, I would have sent it back. Flimsy and cobbled together by some halfwit, that could not be bothered to sink in the fixing nails or drive fully in the screws. Absolute garbage, now consigned to the tip!

I cannot rate this company highly enough, absolutely first rate and I dont say that often. Despite me bombarding them with questions, the sales team (Ryan) gave really helpful advice and information before I placed my order for our gazebo. Alexandra was also exceptional in keeping me updated on delivery and addressing some minor issues. Everyone answered my emails very promptly which all helped.
