They took my money,sent me the wrong goods and then after a week of sending emails no replies at all from customer service.

Really enjoying the home gym. Practical and convenient, great for size 1 5m by 1.5m, with barbell, not taking too much space. Wide range of exercises is great.

I bought this computer desk a few days ago. Unfortunately, the desk I received looks quite different from the photos shown in the listing. it's very cheap quality for the price.
The actual product does not match the advertised images in terms of design and overall appearance. This was disappointing and misleading.

I would recommend the seller update the photos to reflect the real product so other buyers know exactly what they are purchasing.

Purchased multifunctional activity table. Picture shows 4 pieces on the top. When it arrived, only had one piece - it was a quarter the size of the one in the picture. Original price was $125 reduced to $50. The table was 30cm x 25cm and very cheap quality. It didnt have any of the baskets shown in the picture and the block set would not meet Aust standards.

If I could rate lower, i would. Do not buy from them. The rug I got is lile a crumpled piece of paper. Sooo thin, it's thinner than a cheap bath matt

Ordered a rug that was supposedly plush and got a sad, dismal thing that was not only thin, but smelt bad, was stitched crooked and dirty. Nowhere near what they advertised. And the process to get a refund is a joke. It’s gonna take 2-4 business days to talk to someone about potentially getting a refund on their misadvertised junk.

Bought a bookshelf which looked amazing in the pictures. When I opened the box (which felt very light for a bookshelf) there must have been about 50 pieces. As I started unpacking I noticed chips on some of the pieces. I sent an email with photographs and asked to return it. They then offered me credits for “change of mind”. I emailed to say I haven’t changed my mind but the product is flawed and low quality and would never buy another product from them. They then said I must lay out all the pieces and take a photograph!!! Why???? So many pieces I’d have unpack and then struggle to get back into the box. After so many emails up and down and back them insisting that I must lay all the pieces out to photograph, I think they achieved their aim - I gave up!
In conclusion: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

To be honest they don’t deserve any stars I bought 2 rugs which were so different to the picture so I started the refund process apparently it’s hassle free well it’s not there emails are inconsistent I wanted a refund they said they won’t for change of mind .The only reason I wanted the refund is because it looks cheap unlike the picture poor customer service never buy from this company they suck.

I ordered a rug which came very quickly, however when I put it out in my living room it didn’t suit, I’ve followed their routine policy and I haven’t heard back so I sent another email and still haven’t heard back.

Bought this product picture is very deceptive. Its measurements are correct and quality is awful it’s tiny.
Only good enough for a child to play with not a bedside table.

I recently bought the XL 4m x 2 m carpet mat

The quality of the product is not fit for use in a persons house

It is threadbare thin to the point where I can’t run a vacuum cleaner over the mat as the suction of the vacuum treats the mat as if it was a ribbon being lifted off the floor

What are your money back options because as it stands the best use I would have for the product would be using for bedding in my dogs kennel

The old saying, if it looks to good to be true it usually is and this product is terrible
