Quality of the product is extremely poor. Emailed for a refund request and they twice offered low compensation instead. I opted for a full refund and they reluctantly provided a return address in Dubai, not the US where the product originated according to tracking. This likely an effort to deter me from returning due to increased shipping costs. Customer service not at all helpful. Very frustrating. Will not shop again.

The customer service at Rowye is fabulous! I hadn’t received a delivery due date and thought I’d call to inquire. My question was answered immediately and they then sent me an email with tracking info.
The three sweaters I ordered are exactly as shown on the website! One is a gift and the other two are so beautiful. My favorite is the Heart on My Sleeve! The yarn is so soft and silky that it feels almost like cashmere. I will be purchasing from this company again!

SCAM! The yarn in sweater is NOT what is in picture. If you click "not satisfied", it won't let you leave a review. SCAMING CHEATERS!! and I'm sure this will never get posted... we shall see!

Longer wait time than indicated when I made my purchase with poor status updates. Once the whole shipment finally arrived, I was happy with the product.

The sweater I bought from Rowye is excellent, the oversized ivory front pocket sweater! It is super soft and cozy. I removed a star because I waited quite awhile for the sweater (so long I forgot what I even ordered-but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived).

Updates on delivery and it is a lovely product.

Slow delivery. Product quality is average, not exceptional. The pictures embellish the product so again it's a "buyer beware" I won't order from them again.

I couldn’t believe how quickly I received my sweater. Not only that, but the sweater was beyond my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful.

Do not buy from this company. If you need to return an item they will not let you. They gave me the run around, wanted to negotiate with me to keep unwanted items. They told me they’d give me “$18 compensation if I kept the sweaters”. I’m out over $100.

I had my reservations about buying anything on Facebook .. I kept himing and hawing about ordering a sweater..
I bit the bullet and ordered it because the price was getting better with deals … Not expecting quality and the correct size I was SO taken back by the quality of product .. the size was true

Please do not order from this company. Very disappointed with the quality and return policy.. also customer service.
I am stuck with 2 sweaters which cost me $130 and the company is not standing by their return policy. They are offering me $30 credit and when I refused that, they offered me $50 credit. When I refused that, they told me that I would have to ship the items to Dubai at my cost to get my full refund. Sorry… not acceptable. I will take further action to ensure my $130 is fully refunded. As for the product, the quality is disgusting… and already falling apart. Haven’t wore it and when I look at the seams, they are coming apart. Please, save yourself the money n time ….. DO NOT ORDER from this site…. You will be totally disappointed 😔

Loved the sweaters I ordered. The only draw back is the time it took to arrive. It was several weeks.
