Without a doubt the best MMA gym in the area. Great facilities, no attitude and all levels welcome. There are beginners, people training for fitness as well top level fighters. The gym has also assembled a team of high level coaches with years of experience and knowledge to ensure you achieve all your goals

A great club with a fantastic atmosphere and a selection of classes, including women's only.
Not quite sure how to describe it but this place feels more than 'just a club' and thats not only because of the great trainers but also the other members... fighting family!

I hate traditional gyms (weights/waiting) so this place is a revelation. From the first second of the session to the final whistle your heart rate is in orbit. Not an easy option, but there are no shortcuts. A knowledgeable coach and a great bunch of lads in the session, it’s a fun and effective way to get in shape! Give it a go.
