Not Rotary’s fault but delivery was slow.Watch dispatched Friday on a 48 hour service and didn’t arrive until Wednesday. Royal Mail to blame I believe. Pleased with watch however

The price was great
The price was great, however the complimentary strap adjusting service is probably closed for Xmas holiday. I indicated my wrist's measurements and the watch arrived unadjusted. Now I must find a jeweller to adjust it for me. I do not mind but then don't advertise strap adjustment if you don't deliver. Simple as this.

The customer service I received from Lorraine Martin was absolutely top notch. She really listened to my issues and took it upon herself to help me. Without Lorraine's help this issue would've taken much longer to resolve. I am very happy with the outcome. She is an asset to Rotary watch Customer Service team.

Brought a rotary watch from h samuel
Brought a rotary watch from h Samuel after 9 months stop working was told battery issues Samuel's sent back to rotary for repair . 3 plus months later no watch Samuel's said they had fight my corner as rotary wanted to charge me for repair.who do I believe rotary or Samuel's paid for extended warranty. Went to Samuel's who said it had been collected and did not know where watch was

The watch is beautiful (received many compliments). I am confident that the Rotary brand will fulfill my expectations. I also have a 50 yr old Rotary mechanical that I wear frequently!

Not working
The watch arrived promptly, but was not working, probably due to a malfunctioning battery. We sent it back, and are hoping for a prompt refund.
