❌ BEWARE❗️SCAM COMPANY ❗️BEWARE ❗️THE CLOTHS ARE TRASH QUALITY , cheaply fabric made of “tent material “ , coming apart at the seams ! Cloths look nothing like the photos ! They claim the fabric is high quality linen! But it’s not ! They have a refund policy listed on website but REFUSE to ok the refund or give you a return address ! No matter if you’re requesting before the 30 days ! I had to dispute it with my bank and my bank helped me get the refund ! BUT THEYRE SCAMMERS ! Cheap crap from CHINA ❗️‼️

This company is a SCAM! I ordered a jumpsuit and what I received looked ANYTHING like the picture on the website!! Plus, the website said it was cotton/Linnen and in reality it was polyester! Terrible quality terrible fabric and looks so cheap. Never again!!

Very poor quality items
Our Mastercard was billed from EMOSWIMSUITS.COM which we have never heard of but some detective work showed us that it is in fact the charges from Rosycomfy.
We had to wait to see the card statement because we haad to wait for a new card.
I'm sure we will have the same trouble returning the items as everyone else.

terrible company. These tops look super cute in the picture and they claim to use natural fabrics. The fabric is very stiff and plasticky. and way too small not matching their size chart. There is no flow and no give. They are terrible. and the return them to China it costs $130, more than I paid for the tops. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy from this company.

HORRIBLE! I ordered sweaters, after almost a month i received cheap stiff shiny poly feeling huge tunics! And the SMELL was TOXIC! I was sick for 2 days, headache, burning nose, coughing! I wanted to return, and they wanted me to pay! They offered partial discount, no way am i accepting! I opened a dispute with my credit card! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered 4 items. All came as expected, however they are not a cotton/linen blend, they are polyester. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I wish I'd verified the store first.

Ordered from Rosy Comfy for a pretty sweat shirt on Feb 14,2026.
Was charged immediately on my visa which had to be paid.
I wrote to the company and was told their agent sent articles in bulk which meant to me when they get enough orders.
I have yet to receive the sweat shirt.

This should be -1star. Ordered sweater on sale in early Feb. It was charged on my account. No sign of it although I was notified it was on the way. Haven't heard anything since.

Your website states Free Returns in 30 days. I bought four tops in size Small. All four of the tops were extremly large. When asked for a refund, I was offere 15%. So I asked for a return address. Went to the UPS store and found out the cost to return it was more than what I spent! I was then offered a measly 20% refundl

Address on website does not exist. This qualifies in my world as false advertising. I don’t know why Facebook continues to allow companies like this to advertise on ther platform.

Wow, my experience seems to have been very different! I live in Canada & had my four chosen waffle tops delivered within a week. They were all the right size, a very good quality and look great! I actually went back online to find them (originally bought from FB), because I want to buy some more, but now I can't see where to purchase them directly, hmm.

I ordered a "sweater" and a "abstract" something or other dress. What a disappointment! The "sweater" pattern is printed on some material. The "dress" is also printed on some material. Both have threads that show where they shouldn't...and they are unraveled! AND the smell like chemicals! Is this retailiation for tariffs? I won't even try to return them. tht will make me more uposet. This is a perfect example of why you shouldn't order things when you are sleep-deprived.

I like so any were taken advantage of this Company. Quality was disappointing and although I purchased 3 tops I only received one. I notified Company of incomplete order and their response was they had reviewed the weight of the package and it was consistent of the weight of three combined items…this was totally false information. I replied that only one item was received, took a photo of that received item as requested, and demanded to know when I can receive the balance of my order. Buyer beware!

I ordered on Dec 9 order was paid in full. Hadn’t received orders upon checkin it say Paid, unfulfilled and order number, amount. No other info, I emailed and text no response! Do not order from this companies.

AWFUL - marketing and claims re: refunds and exchanges are completely FALSE! Must either return or exchange whole order AND you have to pay to ship to China (almost $80) AND my return was shipped 10/15 and still "being processed" in China....so I don't expect to ever get anything back!!! BUYER BEWARE

The item was advertised as made from a wool blend. It is a cheap, synthetic. The only aspect vaguely like the picture in advertisment is the colour. Buttons, collar, waist band are quite different but the material is awful. I should have known better than to buy online.

don't believe anything they say about returns or refunds!! complete lies and when I FINALLY got some response and sent some items back you have to pay for INT shipping to China - very expensive and they have been sitting in customs in China for 3 weeks now waiting to be processed. I don't expect to ever see any refund. Buy elsewhere....

I need to return the item and have reached out by email per their online instructions ( twice) and not getting a response at all!

I received an item I did not order. I received a printed sweatshirt. I ordered a knitted sweater. It was supposed to be a turtleneck. It is NOT! It is cheap! The colours are off. Unsatisfied !

Horrible company. Nothing is as pictures depict. Advertised as “wool blend” and looks like cute sweaters, but they are polyester, terrible quality and terrible fit. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. Trying to work with customer service for a return but they’ve ghosted me. Don’t order it’s a scam!
