I took my watch to the Canary Wharf branch to replace the battery in my Invicta watch. I have been served by Craig who is knowledgeable and friendly. Great prompt service (less than 45min)!
I strongly recommend and will use again if needed.

Great service
Great service. My husband needed a new battery for his Skagen watch and the unusual strap (or rather an unusual connection to the watch body - two tiny screws through two little holes in the strap that had split open) also required replacement. They checked and discovered that the design and thus the design of the strap, had been discontinued. We have never seen that strap with its odd fitting on any other watch so thought the whole thing was useless. However, the friendly chap at Ross watch repairs Cabot Place, Canary Wharf, was able to repair it (cutting a slice off the end of the strap and forming two new holes) and only charged for the replacement battery. Fortunately the strap was long enough to take the reduction so still fitted. Forgive the lengthy review but given that a replacement strap, had it been available, would have cost £69.95, a five star review with just a few words of thanks would have been inadequate.
