Nutrition Not for everyone
This is a weight loss service based in Cork. Unfortunately the approach consisting of low kcal & low carbohydrate was not for me. I am sure that clients achieve weight loss but would be unsustainable for me. I had one visit which I was charged €160 for. It is supposed to be a 10 week course for €320. Thankfully I requested to pay half initially. I found that the therapist did not listen to me, I voiced concerns during the visit about my own health issues in relation to the program. She also sells protein snacks which I was adamant about not purchasing which would incur a further cost. Later that evening I contacted the therapist to request a partial refund explaining that the approach would not suit me. I was appalled by her response. She only refunded €40 although it states on her website that the total price is €320 for 10 weeks. All I got from the visit was a notebook & a few printouts of nutritional information that I already knew. I would not recommend it. I feel that she should have been more understanding and offered a larger refund amount. It left me feeling that money is more important than the clients.
