Disappointing High-Pressure Sales…
Disappointing High-Pressure Sales Experience
I scheduled a video call with Rosenthal to learn more about their fix-and-flip program. Unfortunately, the call felt extremely sales-focused and high-pressure. The representative repeatedly pushed me to purchase the program or make a deposit immediately, even after I clearly explained that I needed time to think, review the information, and determine whether I had additional questions.
The pressure continued even when I said I needed to leave and would not be making a payment that day. I offered to schedule another call the following week, but when I later emailed them, I received no response.
This experience left me very disappointed. A company asking for a significant financial commitment should respect a potential customer’s need to conduct due diligence and should respond to follow-up questions. Based on the aggressive sales tactics and lack of follow-up, I would not feel comfortable working with this company.
