Excellent massage by Pepsi to get all the knots out - did the 60 mins one but definitely need to book the 90 mins next time.

Very disappointing experience. I felt rushed from the moment I arrived and never felt that my concerns were properly listened to. When I tried to explain the issues I was having, they seemed to be ignored rather than addressed, leaving me feeling undervalued and unimportant as a customer.

The massage itself was underwhelming. The facilities felt low-tier and lacked the standard I would expect from a professional massage establishment. The massage table was uncomfortable, and the “hot oil” was only lukewarm at best. What concerned me most was that when I mentioned sen lines, a fundamental concept in traditional Thai massage, the practitioner appeared unfamiliar with them, which did not inspire confidence in their knowledge or expertise.

To make matters worse, I felt rushed out at the end of the appointment, which only reinforced the feeling that customer care was not a priority. There are several other massage providers in the Bradford area that offer a far more professional, attentive, and relaxing experience.

Overall, I left feeling disappointed and would not return.

Other staff are much better than the one I unfortunately had.

I had an amazing full body massage by Yoo at the Bradford road shipley branch. She was just brilliant and professional. I had tightness in my neck and lower back pain and she concentrated on that area the most also she massaged my head, feet and legs. This service was the best and it felt amazing. Thank you Yoo.

I had a much-needed massage with Rin this afternoon, and she absolutely didn’t disappoint. I’d been feeling really tight in my shoulders, neck and calves, and Rin’s approach was like nothing I’d experienced before. It did feel intense at the time, but by the end of the session, I felt so much lighter, and all that built-up tightness had eased away completely. I’ll definitely be going back.

Just had a 90 minute full body massage at Kirkstall hill with Tiw the best one I’ve had yet , she really worked on my problem areas leaving me feeling like a new woman . Would definitely recommend and I will be back , Thank you x

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my visit today. I paid £75 for a massage, however the experience was far below the standard I have come to expect, especially as a loyal customer of over 15 years.

The therapist assigned to me was significantly older and appeared unable to perform the massage to an acceptable standard. Unfortunately, there was a clear lack of strength and technique, and no oil or tiger balm was used, which resulted in discomfort and irritation to my skin. When I expressed that I was in pain during the treatment, my concerns were not properly addressed or adjusted for.

In addition, the treatment room was uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to relax throughout the session. Most concerning was the therapist’s attitude — she was noticeably negative and at one point told me that I should not book there again. I found this both unprofessional and unacceptable.

This experience is in stark contrast to the high standard of service I have always received, particularly from Bonnie, whose treatments have consistently been excellent.

I have recommended your business to many colleagues over the years, however this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I believe this situation requires your immediate attention, and I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how you intend to address this matter.

I just had a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Rin at Rosa Thai Massage in Bradford Shipley and it was amazing. I went in with two issues — pain in my right ankle and tension in my right shoulder from the gym. I actually walked in limping and left feeling fresh, relaxed, and like a brand-new person. Rin was fantastic, she really focused on those problem areas and knew exactly what she was doing. I really enjoyed the massage and highly recommend it.

Have had numerous excellent massages at the various Rosa Thai salons with lots of different therapists. The regularly available discount vouchers also leads to good value for money.
A special mention for Nonnie and Rin at Shipley, Apple at Rawdon, Jane at Eccleshill and Naan at Harrogate who all stand out as excellent, but I'm sure the others are also good.

Ya was fantastic, she was extremely professional and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. She focused on my key areas until there were no more knots.
