I’ve used many different anti-redness products over the years & found Rosalique to be a game changer, it is by far and away the best product to blend away my rosy cheeks & nose - I’ve always been blighted & teased as ‘rosy’ as a child into adulthood. I was however dismayed to find the formula noticeably different this order (thinner, gloopy & coverage not as good). I contacted Clare who listened to my concern, waited for a new batch to come in & sent me a tube. I’m very happy to say it is back to being fabulous. “Please ensure the formula doesn’t change again Rosalique!”. A+ service. Female….age 56 young….happy with blemish free skin again;

I have been using the product for more that 3 years, It was a game changer for me, covered my thread veins on my nose and covered my red cheeks. Until earlier this year it was my go too product. Then something changed, my repeat order came, cream wax oily and runny, I shook the bottle but still could not get consistancy. I contacted the company and I have to say their customer service was excellent, they explained they had problems with a batch and would send me a replacement. The replacement came but no where near as good as previous purchases. I sent an email saying thank you but it was still no where near as good as previous products and for me did not cover anymore. I now have to also where foundation, something I have never had to do in the past 3 years. I did not get a responce, I will not be purchasing again as I can get foundation to do the same job. Sorry Rosalique, not happy with your new batch, not sure what you have done to change it, it does not do the job it says on the packet. Such a shame. !

I have used Rosalique for a few years unfortunately the last purchase was awful, very thick and did not spread on my face did not cover my redness as it use to I’m so disappointed, customer service was great sending me another tube which was just as bad! Then offering a refund, I wish you would go back to the original recipe now I will have to look for a different brand

Having tried many products both mid to high end I can honestly say that this is the best product for me. It may be thick, but it applies well with the fingers and the colouration left on the fingers isn’t a problem to remove with soap or a wet wipe. I have a medium complexion with slight spider veins on the cheeks and whilst it doesn’t completely eradicate them, it smooths out my complexion, reduces the redness and leaves my skin looking radiant and fresh.

First of all packaging and delivery were very good.
The product however does not suit me. The texture is very thick and hard to get out of the tube, with the consistency to be, what I can only describe as grainy. I purchased the brush thinking that this would give a better application but unfortunately the cream just appears to stay on the brush using this method. Using my fingers is a better option but after applying to my face I found it very difficult to wash from my hands - leaving a strange greeny grey hue on the ends of my fingers.
After using the product a couple of times, even when applied by hand, it unfortunately did not cover the redness around the nose and on my cheeks. I’m sorry to say that this is a fail for me.

I have now had a reply which says that Rosalique haven’t had any response from me. This is at odds with the fact that I filled in their form requesting details because I had left a bad review of their product. I stand by my review and would hope they read the comments in their requested form.

I am very disappointed with my recent two purchases of Rosalique anti redness formula as it separates despite shaking the tube, Have Rosalique changed the formula? If so, I wish they would revert to the original!

Ik bestel altijd deze crème. Nu zat er afgelopen keer een tube tussen die niet goed was. Ik stuurde een mailtje en ze hebben het probleem gelijk verholpen!! Wat een super service!!!

Used this over the past few years and was great for my rosacea. As per other reviews my order was a faulty tube of oily separated liquid which was replaced and faulty again. The third tube had a better consistency but really does not spread on the skin like it did originally. For the price it is not worth it. I’ve tried 3 other colour correcting creams - sorted spf 50, altruist spf 50, erborian spf25 varying prices and textures.
Further to the reply I can confirm this is an honest opinion and I am not a troll! I complained about the split texture and was sent a replacement twice so it was faulty and I have a complaint number and the emails!! The texture of the last tube whilst not faulty did not compare as favourably to the original formula. I am happy with an alternative product texture and coverage I have bought now although the spf is not as high.

Wow, I thought it was me, until I read all the recent reviews of this product. Used it for a couple of years and loved it until recently. First dud tube was a mixture of a puddle of oil and a thick putty that wouldn't recombine. Second and third tubes were a thick green mess that provides no coverage or anti redness whatsoever.
Rosalique admitted there had been a problem with the oily batch, but won't comment on the other two duds. Do not purchase this product without sampling first.

Suddenly the texture of rosalique haa changed! For the price mark i dont accept this and shall not be purchasing again and look for an alternative.

Ik gebruik dit nu een tijdje. Ik ben niet tevreden, de crème laat een gelige gloed achter en deze laat ook af op kleding (kraag van jas helemaal geel)... Ook met wassen er niet meer uit te krijgen. Daarnaast is de laatste tube crème die ik besteld heb, helemaal niet meer dekkend. Heb mail gestuurd en ze vertelden dat er iets gewijzigd is in de samenstelling. En dat de meeste klanten wel tevreden zijn. Als ik hier zo de reviews lees, is dat niet het geval. Werkt niet dekkend voor rosacea. Je betaalt een hoop geld voor een product dat niet doet wat het belooft! Voor mij geen Rosalique meer!

I was fortunate enough to receive a variety of products as a gift, including the 3-in-1 Anti-Redness Cream, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Al een aantal jaar gebruik ik deze crème, heel blij mee, maar onlangs las ik in de reviews dat de crème en de verpakking is gewijzigd. De crème is korrelig geworden en minder uitsmeerbaar en dekkend. Toch besloot ik m weer te kopen, MAAR het klopt… Het is helaas niet meer hoe het was, héél jammer en teleurstellend!

When I first started using Rosalique it was amazing- covered redness and left a beautiful dewy sheen. Then I ordered another and the batch was faulty and the cream had separated from the oil. However, they gave me a replacement, which to my disappointment just doesn’t do the trick! Very thick, doesn’t deal with the redness and no dewy sheen. Why would you fix something that isn’t broken? I will now be searching for other options.

I’m extremely happy to find Rosalique products. The cleanser is calming and soothing for my rosacea. The night cream also works for me. Happy customer

Feeling disappointed. I have previously used Rosalique cream for rosacea and it has been great. My most recent order of 2 creams is disappointing. Both are thick and do not spread. They leave green patches on my face. Rosalique say this is the new and better formula so I can’t have replacements. A refund may be possible but it seems a shame that they are continuing with a poor version of the original cream despite all the negative feedback from customers.

Al een paar jaar gebruik ik de crème van jullie naar tevredenheid. Laatste tube crème is erg vettig (er komt veel olie mee). Telkens moet ik het eerste deel van de crème (lees olie die mee komt) verwijderen. Ik ben dit niet gewend van jullie. Na contact hierover te hebben gehad met de klantenservice en ik niet kon aangeven of ik de crème rechtstreeks bij jullie had gekocht, is er radiostilte. Erg jammer dit !

I loved this product but the formula on the new tube is oily and grainy- no coverage at all
