Another bad review I’m afraid and yet Rosalique still won’t provide answers. Yes I know ingredients have been “tweeked” but this product is now useless. Do not waste your money. Please go back to the old formula it was life changing for rosacea sufferers

What has Rosalique done?! They have changed the formula in a product that worked so so well to a product that offers no coverage. I've tried layering it on, no dofference it doesn't cover the redness. I used to be able to wear it by itself and it covered the redness. Not anymore.

Sadly I had the same experience as other users.... the product is a thick paste that turns a dirty brown on your face. It looked like a bad fake tan and left my face feeling sticky. Had to wash it off straight away as my husband said it looked so bad that I shouldn't leave the house!

The original formula was incredible but since they have changed the formula recently, it's terrible.... It's dry, doesn't spread properly. At first I thought there was something wrong with it until I realised they had changed the formula. Why do this?
I have bought two since they changed the formula but I won't buy anymore. There must be better options.

I tried this product because of the hype and was extremely disappointed. The product is very thick and difficult to smooth on and once the ‘green’ had disappeared it left my skin looking muddy. I was fortunate to be able to get a refund otherwise I would have been very unhappy

The cleanser is incredibly oily and very difficult to remove. The miracle cream leaves the face looking dirty and doesn’t cover the red in the slightest. I only have very mild redness to my cheeks so if it can’t cover that then I don’t see how it would help with rosacea.
I wish I had seen these reviews before buying but I unfortunately went off the Facebook comments which I think are probably bots. Nearly every comment mentions great customer service but you shouldn’t need to be contacting customer service with a decent product.
I left a review when they asked for one and they had the cheek to email back recommending I buy another cleanser from their sister company to remove the oily cleanser. It also had step by step instructions on how to wash your face, highly patronising! No offer of a refund and they didn’t mention my concerns about the miracle cream not covering redness and leaving the skin dirty looking even with a small amount.
Waste of £75 for the set!

Not for those of us with fair complexion, very dark when applied and did not reduce redness. Bit of a sham. Would probably only suit someone with sallow complexion, and I would question it's other claims as it did nothing for my rosacea. So sorry I wasted my money.

Altijd tevreden geweest over deze cremè, echter sinds de laatste tube is de structuur een stuk dikker en niet makkelijk smeerbaar. Bovendien dekt het totaal niet meer, juist waar je deze cremè voor koopt.
Erg jammer, hopelijk veranderen ze het snel weer naar het oude!

Creme smeert slecht, laat een gele waas achter en velletjes. Mijn wangen reageren er slechter op en worden juist steeds roder.
Na een maand proberen ben ik er inmiddels achter dat de Rosalique dit veroorzaakt. Echt jammer van een product wat mijn rode wangen juist zou moeten verzachten. Koop dit niet als je rosacea hebt.

Great product. Generally use it instead of my daily tinted moisturiser. Blends in to my skin tone and evens it out.

This product was literally plastered all over my Instagram and I finally caved and bought it. No concerns over the texture which other buyers seem to have but for me the product, when rubbed in, turned incredibly dark and made me look like I had a terrible fake tan. Doesn’t adapt or blend to your skin tone at all and didn’t go on evenly either. Only giving it 2 stars because it was delivered quickly.

Hij is tegenwoordig dikker van textuur, smeert minder goed uit en dekt vooral veel minder mooi.. waarom is dit veranderd? Ik was tevreden maar nu niet meer.

I got in touch with Rosalique recently regarding an order. They were quick to communicate and have resolved the problem immediately. I love the product and am so impressed with their customer service. Thank you so much!

Have been using this product for a couple of years and I really rate it. Like some others I had a tube where the consistency was very different to normal, but a new one has just arrived and it all looks to be back on track. Customer service dealt with my query quickly and professionally too.

Seems I’m not the only one disappointed. Used this stuff on subscription for over a year, had a bad one and no help with customer support. Since changed to another brand so will not be using this again.
Awful product and awful service

Sinds ze de samenstelling van de Rosalique Anti-Redness hebben veranderd ga ik dit niet meer bestellen! Te dik en korrelig en smeert niet goed uit!

Love this product, been using for a couple of years due to rosacea. I haven’t needed to use foundation when using this and rosacea has cleared up a lot since using. Like others, my last order seemed different; thicker, didn’t spread or cover well. After contacting customer services, they sent a new tube free of charge which is ok and the same as before; seems like it may have been a bad batch, thankfully. Happy to continue using.

What a shame. 6 months ago I would have given this product 5 stars but they must have changed the process because recently I had a really oily tube that was useless and now I have a thick gritty product that won't go into the skin. Very sad, it was a great product. I hope they admit their mistake and bring back the original product

In response to the reply I totally reject the companies assertion that I am a cyberbully. Surely these sites are here for honest reviews otherwise what is the purpose of them.

Bought 2 products from Rosalique: 3 in 1 Anti-Redness Miracle Formula SPF50 & Soothing Night Cream. As the samples were never available and it had ao many reviews, I thought I would give it a go.
The Miracle Formula is not a miracle at all... it comes out like a thick wax and it does not 'melt' into the skin. When applied alone, it leaves me looking 'earthy' and unhealthy. I need to mix with a moisturiser (and it is not easy due to the texture of the product) but then it neither covers nor provides sun protection.
I contacted the customer services, they were very responsive (hence 2 stars) but would not offer a refund, which surprised me. Instead, I was sent a second tube of this product. Perhaps tiny bit softer but still not covering the redness and leaving me looking jaundiced.
In terms of the second product, it is nice enough to use but far to expensive for what it is.
I want to add that I use other 'green' products for my mild reddening / rosacea and I find them great. Unfortunately Rosalique is not of them.

Zoals in de andere reviews al te lezen valt is de creme heel anders van samenstelling geworden waardoor hij heel onprettig in gebruik is. Het contact met de klantenservice verliep echter zeer soepel. Ik kreeg een nette mail met de mogelijkheid tot het terugkrijgen van het aankoopbedrag. 2 dagen later stond het geld op mijn rekening. Mochten ze de creme weer gaan maken zoals vanouds dan ga ik hier zeker weer kopen maar voor nu laat ik het er even bij.
Ik gebruik nu een alternatief van het Kruidvat maar daar ben ik niet 100% tevreden over (maar die kost dan ook stukken minder).
