Hello, I can see your order was delivered and signed for by Khara on the 29th December. 1 star reviews given for unfair and untrue statements can really harm small businesses. I have emailed three times to help find your order if you believe it hasn't arrived but we are yet to receive a response.
DPD show proof of signature and a photo of delivery of this order.

Disappointed customer service and product!
Brought my nephew a baby grow for xmas, he’s worn it twice and it’s been washed once, and it’s all ready gone bobbly and the colour seems to have discoloured, all tho it was only washed with other white items! I emailed my complaint, and the replying got back was just how they pride themselves on there items and how everyone comments how well they wash! And that we must have washed it with dark colours and that’s why this has happens! and that was it! Very disappointed in their customer service! Esp for the price they charge for one baby grown! I was expecting a much better/nicer response!

Dear Sophie, thanks for your review. As discussed earlier today, our fabric is digitally printed to ensure the ink does not run when washed. The photo you sent through shows the white fabric to have changed to a light grey after washing. This is not the result of a manufacturing issue and our fabrics and products have been through colour fastness testing with good results.
As mentioned earlier, I have washed the same design of sleepsuit and pyjamas multiple times and they are still bright white.
Apologies again for your dissapointment in our customer service and product.

Excellent customer service
Bought a set of Christmas sleep-suits and PJs. Wonderfully soft material and the zips are a godsend for newborns.
Slight delay in posting goods due to external circumstances but very impressed by customer service and communication in terms of dealing with above. Would highly recommend

Amazing products

Pre-ordered items for christmas. They were quick to respond to any queries I had on delivery dates. Once the date arrived for shipments I received an email regarding dispatch and items arrived within a couple of days by Royal Mail. Great service.
