I have used many sales and marketing tech stack implementation companies, and have had many full time people work for my companies in the past. My experience with the Rops team is absolutely excellent. I love the detailed knowledge and outside of the box thinking that drives the overall strategy, but the detailed follow through to execution. They have become an integral part of our constant improvements applying technology in the ever changing sales and marketing space.

Corey is THE man! Rops has a great team and was pivotal in our firm's implementation of Filevine. Corey had a great attitude and was a pleasure to work with. Couldn't have done it without him!!

Steele & Brandon are phenomenal! They are do-ers, meaning if there is a will, there is a way. It's rare to have a company who truly wants the answer to be "yes" instead of "oohhh, I don't think we can do that". 1st class customer service and highly professional. ROPS did an integration between our existing Salesforce and our new Outlaw contract management software. Steele made this work flawlessly so that our engineers will be able to use our new Outlaw software effortlessly from Salesforce. This will help with adoption for both Salesforce and Outlaw. We engaged Rops to build automations/API integrations for our PI Law Firm to help improve functions and streamline processes both inside our case management system and with our external systems. I have found them to be responsive, organized, and thoughtful in providing the service. I have worked with several companies on these type of tasks/projects and I believe they were especially helpful in that they helped us think through the best way to do things and solve problems rather than just blindly building what we asked (They offered solutions beyond our original requests). Rops had great communication and attention to detail. They did both basic field mirroring and more advanced conditional automations that impacted numerous datapoints.
