I preordered and within 1-2 weeks, I was notified that my order had shipped. The oil arrived with great packaging (no leaking) and so for the oil has been lovely to use.

Authentic, thick, rich black castor oil. I order for my family all the time. All other castor oils don't have the smell or level of thickness this one has. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle. Please don't ever dilute the oil or mix with other ingredients.

Terrible customer service. I sent emails inquiring about my order because I've never ordered from this site before. I never received a response to any of the emails, no notification of my package being processed or sent when it was sent out.
Not sure if this is even authentic JBCO made in Jamaica because the shipping label says NY and now I'm stuck with three bottles. I'm going to try the oil out see how it is. I mainly want to use it for castor oil compresses.
