Such an easy process when dealing with Vicki. Her professionalism is outstanding and made it a smooth transition, I even got the use of their van.

Very safe place and easy to access

Very easy to order our shed, the employee was very friendly and knew her job.My only problem is there was a removalist truck parked for ages packing and some vehicles becoming inpatient as there wasn't enough room to off load their stuff. As its indoors

Sarah was wonderful helping with the initial set up and showing us where we had to go. The access was easy and accessible and trolleys were available for our use.

Storage is so easy. I changed from a large storage space to a smaller space in Roomia Minchinbury. It was so seamless. Sara the Manager made everything look so easy and she always has a smile.

Staff was very helpful in going through the process of what was involved in storing. The App was great with no issues. Very affordable compared with other storage companies. Highly recommend using roomia

I've had a small upstairs unit at St Marys since April this year , it didn't suit my situation after a while , Vicki sorted out a lock up garage , ground level for me , way better for me , thanks to Sarah as well for your help , much ly appreciated , Rob Rose
