Horrible experience – Romanian Shipping / Light Enterprises, LLC
This was the worst shipping service I’ve used. I paid in the U.S. for door-to-door delivery to Romania. My packages were damaged and not delivered to my home. Once in Romania, they demanded extra fees that were never agreed upon.
When I contacted the U.S. representative about the damage, they mocked me with laughing emojis. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
They often just deliver to their depot, not your address, even if you paid for full delivery.
