If I could give a negative 10 I would. Ordered in October 2019 finally received January 2020 after opening a claim on PayPal. Boots not as pictured. Not even close! These are "dollar store" boots. I have been approved for a refund and of course it would cost more for shipping than I paid for these boots. They shipped from a Furniture Factory in China. All shipping rates are $200 +. Do not buy from this company. I learned my lesson.

O rating for this bogus rip off so called company...what a Disgrace to sell garbage to people, they won't return my money, and they offered me a lousy 5.00 card what HELL this is no good... I'm exposining them on Social Media.

This company is a total fraud. I cancelled my order and 6 weeks later I received their crappy boots. And they want me to pay return shipping on a order that I canceled. FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Total rip off and should not be in business.

Just like everyone else here these boots are a total rip off. They should be put out of business. No way to break even with return and they intend it that way.

False advertising at it's worst. I hope they all get put out of a job.

I regret ordering from this Chinese company. I am going to write about them on all social media. BAD! False advertisement and they need to return my money and everyone who order from them. Cheater!!!

PayPal is willing to refund my money for the boots if I return them to Rollychic . Shipping costs to me was $7.99, return shipping cost to China is $260. Never , ever , ever order from a China based company . This company is a fraud. Their return policy states that it is hassle free. It is not . Rollychic is a fraudulent company . I will not be tricked again.

Purchased two pair on 10/22/19 and first pair arrived 12/28/19. Second pair arrived today, 01/07/2020.
The boots I ordered per their discription & pictures are nothing close to the boots I received. I do not recommend ordering from this company whatsoever.

Do Not order from this company! SCAM! I ordered boots that took 2 months to get and looked nothing like I ordered! I emailed them for a refund but after 2 weeks of waiting for a reply all they say is they will replace them! Their website says no hassle 30 day returns!

I wish I read reviews here before ordering. This is a scam. I have nothing to say that has not already been said. The order took three months to arrive and then they item was nothing like what was in the picture. When I asked for a refund they replied:
“ Dear customer,

Sorry for inconvenience caused.
Just checked the order detail. Please be noticed that quality and appearance of product are always based on the real one you received. Hope to have your understand.
According to pictures, product seems good, could you check if it fits you well? Would you agree to hold the package?
Hope the product fit you well and you will like to wear it.”

It is a canned reply, likely because everyone who orders writes back to complain.

Pretty much agree with every review here and wish I could give a negative star rating. Waited over 2 months, I sent multiple emails, only to receive boots that do not match the picture on the website. They smell horrible, are made of paper thin material and I think if I wore them they would fall apart when I was walking. Product does not match picture or description on website. Their customer service is bad. After several emails, all with pictures, this is the last correspondence they sent me:

"Dear customer,
Sorry for inconvenience caused.
Just checked the order detail. Please be noticed that quality and appearance of product are always based on the real one you received. Hope to have your understand.
According to pictures, product seems good, could you check if it fits you well? Would you agree to hold the package?

Quality and appearance are based on the ones your received? OK, so you send me a half a** pair of boots, I take a picture of them to show they don't match, BUT Your standards are base on the ones I received, not the ones I ordered. WHAT? I wish there was something to do about these scam companies.

If I could give ZERO stars that is what this company and product deserve. Horrible product and nothing at all like advertised. This is a fraudulent company from CHINA POST that shows you a picture on line and false reviews then 3 months later ships the product you ordered but the materials are so cheap and smell strong of synthetic materials I literally put the item back in the plastic wrap they came in and threw them in the trash. I was so angry to get duped for the second time with false advertising and FAKE products. Watch out for CHINA POST and anything shipping from China!!!!!!!!!!

These boots are cheap made they smell like plastic and they look nothing like the pictures. It's all fake. Dont buy these boots. It's a rip off company.

This is the worst attempt to make something look like the ad picture. The material looks very cheap, I can see they were glued together, the heel is not even the same style. The product is JUNK ! ! !
It took so long for them to arrive and such a disappointment.

This place SUCKS! I had a similar situation. Took 2 months to get my boots, they were ugly - made of plastic - I ordered brown, the ones I received were baby-poop yellow & they smell funny! I notified them & they tried to convince me to keep them, saying returns cost their company them alot. After more emails, they offered me a $5 gift card! 😡 Please tell yourself friends this place is a SCAM!

THIS IS FRAUD and a SCAM DON'T GIVE THESE THIEVES A PENNY!! So we all have the same complaint. Not what is advertised, took over 2 months to get. I even tried to cancel twice and asked for a refund. Same $3 or$5 gift card BS.My payment was processed by Paypal, I do not have a Paypal account, so they will not do anything basically they stand behind the "merchant" They are asking them to send me a return label, and if they refuse Paypal said they will close my dispute in favor of the merchant WTH??? how can this company continue this scam. I see them advertising on FB and Instagram same photos and prices, different company name. Wish we could figure a way to put a stop to this FRAUD and SCAM!

Terrible company. They will RIP u off. I tried to cancel my $100 order bc I hadnt received the order in months. They kept telling me that I should give them to a friend or family member. And they offered a $3 refund. They sent them even after I canceled the order. They were extremely cheap and disgusting smelling. They stunk up my whole down stairs and I didnt even take them out of the plastic. Do your research. There are even fb groups of people scammed by this company. Theu go by other names also.

This is a classic case of bait and switch. They show leather boots in the picture and what you get is AWFUL plastic boots. They smell horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Also they took about 4 months to receive.
