Unfortunately, customer service really is nonexistent with this company. I ordered wheels 2 weeks ago. Got a confirmation email. Kept waiting for the shipping email but nothing. Finally got an email a week later saying the color wheels I wanted weren’t available and asked if I was willing to switch so I said yes and chose another color. Never got another email or communication from them after that. I saw they had a what’s app so I sent a message asking what is going on with my order...another week has gone by, mind you and 8 hours after I sent the message I got a reply with “ we will send them tomorrow.” It’s now the next day, no shipping info, no email telling me it’s been shipped, my order status on the website still says “processing.” I have tried to call them. No one answers the phone. I have tried to text, what’s app, email, all of it. Nothing! I think if I don’t hear back today, I will cancel my order. It’s ridiculous! I should’ve just ordered the wheels on Amazon. I’d have gotten them 9 days ago if I had. Terrible!
