I had a door delivered from Rollerdoors.net a couple of years ago. As I had not carried out this type of work before, I did have a query during the installation, so called the helpline number. After speaking to a very friendly member of their staff, I felt confident I would be able to complete the work and have the door running smoothy. The door has been a godsend, no more lifting my heavy old up and over!
I have recently had a security shutter delivered to fit on my shed as the wooden door had rotted. As the fit is similar to the garage door, the installation went without a hitch, and I am so pleased with the smart new look to my shed.

I contacted rollerdoors.net at the end of November to order 3 window roller shutters before Christmas. I spoke to Lewis on the phone and he guided me through all the options and was very knowledgeable answering any questions i had. We were kept up to date with delivery info and took delivery last week. The shutters have since been fitted with installation being very straightforward. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase roller shutters! Will certainly be in touch when we are ready to install the rest, 5 stars!

The door had a issue raising on the control unit, i phoned the company up and they sent someone after 4 weeks,there was never a mention of cost of sending someone out, the man was here less than 5 minutes . I later got a invoice for £144, i contested this but the main response was they would not provide service again if it was required, buyer beware. PART THAT WAS REPLACED WAS NOT A MOVING PART

Following visit to showroom l ordered a door. Arrived on time and installed without any issues a cleaned up everything before leaving.

The web site "configure your door" is very good, it covered everything I needed to get an accurate quote. The customer service when I asked for clarification on a couple of points was both very quick and very helpful. On ordering the door confirmation of the sizes was required before manufacture which is an excellent check that you have everything correct. Delivery was very speedy in line with the estimated build time. Opting for a self fit the information available on line was sufficient for a first time roller door fitting to go without a hitch, although it may well have taken quite a bit longer than a professional, 3/4 day. Unlike other companies I visited I did not receive any nuisance calls or emails from rollerdoors.net (press&pass ltd).

All in all if I ever needed a roller door again I would go back to them without any hesitation.

Door arrived on time and in perfect condition. This was supply only but the instructions for fitting were very easy to follow. The electrics were a bit more tricky but after a phone call to technical support it was plain sailing. I am delighted with the look and quality of my new door and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality product at a very fair price.

Quick delivery after order , well package and protected with tape .Install in a morning with just a little help to lift in to place, I was fitting mine under a lintel and forgot to take the protective film off the top of the top box .that was my only issue. Instructions online are good and video helpful . Excellent service.

The roller door was delivered on an agreed day to my husband after delaying due to a holiday. He found it easy to fit and did view the online video to confirm the correct fitting. The quality of the door is excellent and glides easily in its tracks.

I shopped around for an electric roller garage door, rollerdoors.net were very competitive on price, the website was very user friendly and delivery was quick. I submitted measurements and, after a confirmation email, ordered a Mini Roll Garage Door (with no extras) online. Fitting was very easy, following the installation video guide on their website and the door looks great. Rollerdoors.net followed up a few weeks later to check I was happy with the product and to check installation went well. We get compliments on the door all the time and it was half the price we were quoted for fitted doors from other companies.

Great service from start to finish, the door was delivered right on time, it was the first time we had fitted a roller shutter door, but with the instruction videos and the excellent staff at the end of the phone it was painless, really great company, I would definitely recommend.

I had a lot of quotes and sales men around giving me quotes for a simple roller door to finish off an opening on the side of my house. I got intouch with these guys and the whole process was fantastic. I sent some pictures in and had a quick reply from Lewis who was really helpful and advised me on how it would be best to fit the door. I was told the door would come in about 4 weeks but they were able to deliver in less than 2!

I did a DIY install which I was fairly apprehensive about, but the online installation were fairly straight forward and I was able to fit it in about 3 hours with my dad. I needed to call for a bit advice and I was able to speak to someone straight away who gave me the right info. If you are fairly handy and debating whether or not you can do it, I would recommend giving it a go, as long as you have an extra pair of hands. Thanks for all your help and advice! I will deffinitly recommend this company to anyone who is considering getting a roller door, DIY or not.
