Ordered an electric roller door to Scotland, was delivered quickly and was well packaged. Fitting was straightforward, I had a couple of questions during fitting and just picked up the phone and the questions were answered quickly. Budget controller has to be taken apart carefully so you don't pull the ribbon from the bord .... limit switches take a little bit of time to work out ..(I'm used to stuff like this having worked with came gates and controllers)

Messaged there Tec support on a sat ...tea time ....on how to set the limits switches up on the budget motor..got a answer straight away .Top man !!!

I sent the mearsurements in for the roller door and luckily before the order was confirmed the company asks you to re measure which I did and found the first measurements were incorrect - thank you for not going with my first measurement.

Professional sales staff to deal with, kept me updated regularly with regards to my unit build time and arranging a convenient install date. Their fitters contacted me the day prior to install to confirm job description. They arrived on time as planned, kept the install area clean and worked with a clear methodical manner to install the door in just a little over 2 hours.
