Great product,with the help of the videos managed to install the roller door myself,finished door looks really smart,good value for money.

Excellent quality. Same spec as much more expensive doors as they include extras that others charge extra for. Fitting was easy and the online videos were a great help. Delivery was on time and courteous. Couldn't ask for more. I will always use this company if I need electric roller shutter doors.

Great quality door for a decent price.. Well packaged on delivery and pretty straight forward to install (managed it solo with a bit of creative thinking and help from.the manual/videos..even lifting the curtain!) delivered to schedule with delivery window given and very helpfull delivery driver who helped bring it to the garage from road. Very happy customer. Would recommend to any thinking about it. Exactly as described (tiger roll model) So much better than an up and over door and helps to keep the heat in (I've made garage with a cavity wall and insulated)

The roller door was really good quality and very easy to fit it myself

great from sales right through to finish . Hard to find good customer service today but I did here . One large 4.5m door and one smaller at 2.6m all in grey with remotes and setup for me to use Remootio as well . Hopefully I wont need the warranty service but I'm sure if I do they will be as good . 5 stars for me

I Shopped around & the product being offered by others was never what I needed. I then came across Rollerdoors on Google and contacted Ben. These guys held my hand through the entire process. They had the right product at the right time, they then made the shutter available within days after everyone else was saying 3 weeks. I collected from warehouse near Stoke and on the day of fitting both Ben & Lewis made themselves available when we had a handful of questions doing a DIY fit. Felt like I got more for my money with a professional service. Fitting was straight forward and very happy with final result. Thank You guys

RollerDoors.net....Cannot fault this company. I have an old concrete prefabricated garage about 30 years old with a monstrous up and over wooden door with huge amounts of steel work/massive springs etc that was very difficult to use. After looking at their website I found I could fit a Mini Roll Garage Door. What a great product. I ordered to size and it was delievered about about 3-4 weeks later to the size and colour that I ordered. The installation video seemed easy to follow so I opted for a DIY install.
The door was delivered direct from the company....no random delivery company to damage it in transit....and the guy that delivered it was so helpful and gave me some useful tip for the installation.
There are installation videos and information on their website and if you have any problems you can always call them...and speak to a real person....not some 'chatbot'.
Anyway the door was fitted without any issues, so now my old garage now has a great modern electric roller door with remote control. I am so pleased with it.

We have an old prefab 30s garage that had a sorry old up-and-over door we had to fight to open and close. It looked shabby and let the whole garage down.

Although we're in North Manchester, this company happily sent a guy out to advise on the best options and measure up.

Two weeks later, 2 lads arrived, well on time, and cracked on with fitting our new electric roller door, including edgings etc. It's so much better to operate and the garage now looks sleek and modern.

The price was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

The order process, delivery, manual, training video, ease of kit fitting was great. Dad and I fitted the door in a few hours with no issues and it looks great.

"Rollerdoors.net" acted in a transparent and efficient manner from the moment I first approached the company in March 2023. Their subsequent quote was reasonable and the two men who installed the door were pleasant, hardworking, and showed me how to maintain the door to avoid future problems. The door looked great and it operated well.

We had surveys done (and received quotes from) four other rollerdoor installation companies and were appalled to find that there are some rollerdoor "alligators" out there, who gave us ridiculously high quotes. So people should be cautious. We recommend "Rollerdoors.net".

The rep at "Rollerdoors.net" who arranged for the survey and the installation was Lewis Cartwright. His father did the survey, and Lewis subsequently gave us the quote. "Rollerdoors.net" is the web-name of "Press & Pass Ltd".

Update of 6 September 2023:

On Friday evening 18 August 2023, five months after the above installation, the rollerdoor abruptly stopped working while the door was down, and because the manual over-ride wouldn’t engage with the turning mechanism our car was trapped inside our garage. I immediately emailed a report to Lewis, and the following Monday morning Lewis advised that a repairer could visit two days later (Wednesday morning). After the repairer, Jamie, had inspected the door he said that "the springs" clasping the door to the barrel had broken, and that they usually only break if the door strikes an obstruction (which certainly never happened in our case) or if "the motor limits" "lose their adjustment". Jamie showed me that all of the octagonal plastic "rings" which encircle the central roller had cracked. I have one of them still and it is made of a brittle plastic.
Jamie replaced these broken items with a better kind which he said are not likely to break. I did not see them unfortunately, and I hope they are made of something sturdy and long-lasting.

We are pensioners living in a remote location who need to be certain our car is always accessible in case of an emergency, so as the door cost us just over £2,000, we feel there certainly shouldn’t be any further problem with it - especially considering that a new washing-machine, for example, which is a vastly more intricate machine and which "only" costs about £500, in our experience usually runs without a fault for well over a decade before it needs a repair or it needs to be replaced.

So we continue to treat the rollerdoor with the utmost care and dearly hope that it will provide no further problems.

Great customer service beforehand helping to explain measurement requirements. Door was delivered ahead of schedule. Video guides were incredibly useful and the door was fitted within a couple of hours including wiring.

A great company to deal with, from ordering to delivery everything ran smoothly. The roller doors are of very good quality and with the aid of watching the online video’s I was easily able to fit these myself.
