I rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary because my service experience with this husband-wife, veteran-based company was absolutely outstanding. The accessibility to the founders with questions, level of engagement, and desire to get things right really stood out to me. Like every growing category (i.e. saunas), there exist pretenders and those looking to cut corners to maximize profits. I can say with absolute certainty that this company and the people behind it (15 years and running) are the real deal as evidenced by backing their product with an industry-leading 10-year warrantee. Regarding the product, Rocky Mountain's single-sized sauna is of high quality and super well designed. While you absolutely need 2 people to assemble, I was very impressed by how well thought out and relatively simple this process was. The assembly video on the website was super helpful and justifies a level of attention to detail. My wife and I are very happy with the esthetics and small footprint this sauna takes up, despite it being quite roomy for one person. If you're looking to maximize the 175 degree temperature (as I do), it does require more than 30 minutes, but it's very easy to plan and set ahead of time. Overall, as someone who obsesses with excellent service and high product quality, I could not be happier. Rocky Mountain is a good reminder that there still exist companies out there who want to serve people at a high level. Last, upon doing research, I think you'll find this product to also be the most affordable and of great value.

Easy assembly, looks great, but it stops there. I’ve had the sauna for a couple of weeks. Nothing but issues. Hearing is spotty, takes over an hour to get above 150. There are cold zones in the sauna, and the temp will start to drop or stahl around 150. Despite having 175 degree heat gauge it will not get to 175 and the company acknowledges it after I got upset it didn’t get to that. Buy at your own risk, but I’m in the process of returning mine.

Husband and I were given our sauna from our adult sons. It took 2 times to have us both hooked! We use it every other night - 35 minutes @ 135. Best gift we’ve ever received!

My 3-person Durango sauna is one of the best products I have owned for the last 9 years. it's been a great addition to my home gym.

I find that starting my day with a 30 minute sauna session (chromo lights on red for energy) really helps to start my day off on the right note. I find that I experience much better mental clarity, more energy, I am more relaxed and ready for the day.

When I get into my regular routine using the sauna M-F (30 minutes in the morning/evening), I notice my skin looks better, dark circles under my eyes go away, I sleep better, helps with my lower back pain and my hair always seems to look better too. I am completely refreshed after each sauna session, it's like recharging your batteries.

I am also an avid cyclist and spend a lot of time in the saddle in all weather conditions.

I usually sit in my sauna for about 15 minutes suited up (105 F) to increase circulation and to warm up my muscles before the ride.

I wait about 30 minutes or so after my ride before entering the sauna. I like to sit in the middle of the bench and put my palms up against each side wall to let the far infrared warm up my body.

Once I am warmed up, I like to stretch slowly while inside the sauna. This helps to break up lactic acid and speeds up my recovery time.

I look forward to using my sauna each and every time!

Terrible customer service. They don't return your calls and are rude. This includes sales and upper management. It is very disappointing.
