I ordered both Colorado and US flags and I received the shipping confirmation within hours. The flags arrived the next day. Wow! Please tell me you're not using Amazon though. They're the devil in my mind.

They were out of stock of the flag I ordered.
They were out of stock on the flag I ordered but they went above and beyond and sent me a higher quality flag. Plus a hand written note explaining what they did!

Bears Country Flags
We had ordered two of the Bears Country flags but you only had one in the store. We received an email from Shelley Yost explaining the copy isn’t manufacturing these any more and would we like the one sent and a refund for the second one. We’ve already received both the flag & refund. Fantastic customer service!!

Dear Sulyen, the price that you paid was the MSPR for the product you chose. In addition, our manufacturer has a MAP (minimum advertised price) which prevents us from offering this product at a lower price. We also incur a 7.65% freight premium that is passed along to us on all products. We absorb that cost from our manufacturer, as a part of doing business. At checkout, you are offered different shipping options based on the size, weight and dimensions of the product. This shipping cost is integrated with the USPS and UPS integrated software and are not marked up. Since you chose UPS ground delivery, they have a surcharge for residential delivery (in your case an apartment). These fees are not ours but rather those of UPS. If you felt that the product cost and shipping were unreasonable, you were under no obligation to purchase this item. Currently the manufacturer is out of stock on this item, which means there are very few people that can obtain this product. We had this product in-stock, shipped it immediately and you received the product in 3 days. I'd say that's 5-star customer service!

I contacted Rocky Mountain Flag Company and they were more than willing to remedy the situation. Not only did they recommend to me kites that are age appropriate for my nephew, they also sent it free of charge. I would definitely recommend this company.

Dear Meg, I'm sorry that your nephew had a difficult time flying the kite. Stunt kites are not "easy to fly" kites. Stunt kites are 2-line kites that require some practice and good eye-hand coordination with fast response skills. Easy-to-fly kites are single-line kites such as diamonds, deltas and others. Some adults have difficulty, too. As far as the "eco-line" (economy) series of kites, they are at the low-end of the sport kite price point. Stunt kites can range from $20 - $500 depending on the quality of the components. Most average stunt kites are about $50-75. We try to offer kites that our manufacturers produce from all price ranges for all of our clients. We want you to be happy. Please contact us and we will work with you to come to a good resolution.

Extremely responsive in communication and delivery. One thing I ordered was out of stock. I was informed immediately and given options of other items that might fit my needs. Once I did decide, my items were shipped quickly and I was communicating with someone regularly.
