Donna was wonderful to deal with, I made a few changes with fonts before I decided on the perfect one and she sent me a proof before the final one was made. She shipped it out fast and I got it in plenty of time for the one year anniversary of my spouses passing.

Bought some Christmas stuff 2/3 yrs ago and have just found their site again and ordered a few things. I have to say that the delivery was almost immediate it arrived within days and the quality of the product was excellent.
I am so happy I found the site again and will certainly be ordering again and telling friends. The lady that runs the site is extremely helpful and certainly goes out of her way to make sure that you have the right order and that you are happy. EXCELLENT, VERY HAPPY

Excellent conversation I was emailed and advised what to put on the tag as my wording was too much.wonderful customer service will be using rocky and roxy again the tag was marvellous too good quality thankyou very much

We received the plaque for our family pet in the mail yesterday and are so grateful. The service we received was wonderful, great communication, and a lot of work went into getting the plaque just right for us. The package arrived quickly and safely (we are overseas) and the plaque was beautifully wrapped. We cried when we opened it up because it is so perfect and has exceeded our expectations. This is the perfect way to honour our girl's memory.

I ordered a memorial plaque for my mom's birthday, to honor a beloved dog we had lost. Rocky and Roxy were fantastic through the process - they were quick to respond and helped me design a plaque that my mom loves. It shipped quickly and is great quality; I know it will be treasured for years to come.

Thank you to Donna for the quick proof and the helpfulness she gave for the extra changes we wanted. Great service

THE SERVICE WAS FAST AND HAD A PERSONAL TOUCH. THE PLAQUE WAS PACKAGED WITH LOVE AND LOOKED BEAUTIFUL.
I AM MADE UP WITH MY MEMORY PLAQUE IT LOOKS WAY BETTER THAN I WAS EXPECTING.

I'm really happy with the ID tag for our Labrador/Husky cross....and She seems happy too! The service was fast and very professional, and the bone shaped tag looks great as well. We literally received it within a few days of ordering, and it came with a nice card too.....a lovely touch. Would recommend Rocky and Roxy 100%.

Fast and efficient service! Will be ordering again for our older dog whose called Roxy!

Excellent service when I hadn’t made my order clear

Bought a name tag for my cockerpoo absolutely love it thank you

We love the ID tag Rocky and Roxy made for our little Ruby! Beautifully engraved and it arrived very quickly. They also gave great attention to detail. They weren't 100% happy with how the layout of how our contact details looked on the reverse side of the ID tag so they made a second one and sent us both so we could choose our favourite. Great service! Would highly recommend!
