I can’t recommend Rock n Critters highly enough. From day one they have been supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their website is full of clear and reliable information, which I’ve often turned to for advice, and in-store the team are just as helpful.

When I ran into issues with my tank, the owner personally spent the time to guide me through setting everything up properly and showed me the correct way to test my water. On another occasion we faced an emergency, and Rock n Critters came to the rescue — removing my old tank, installing a new one, and even providing pre-heated water so my fish didn’t suffer. Thanks to their quick action, my livestock are still thriving.

The quality of their products is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the value for money is unbeatable. It’s rare to find a business that cares this much about both the customer and the animals. Rock n Critters truly deserve every bit of praise — a fantastic company I will always trust and recommend.

had a banded cat shark available been looking for ages for one and bought today and she’s know all settled and already started feeding cannot fault this shop for all the help they have given and there stock was absolutely amazing

Both my tank heaters went down late last night without warning. I’m incredibly thankful to rock n critters who went out of there way to help me in this difficult situation showing class, professionalism and dedication to there customers but more importantly I feel my livestock who were at risk. Nothing but high regard and praise

A fantastic company and one of the best online experiences in many years. Didn’t initially have what I was looking for, but a few days later it was sourced, ordered and in my tank. Great communication and overall grand experience. I highly recommend this supplier. Great selection

Rock and Critters are my go to LFS, I'm lucky they're on My doorstep but even if they weren't I'd travel! I've had countless fish and never once had disease.

A large amount of my coral is from here too, you get what you pay for IMO, yes there are some cheaper coral and fish vendors around but is it worth the risk? WYSIWYG photos if anything do not do the actual coral justice which is always great as there's never disappointment! Frag sizes are all decent and recently their LPS and softy stock is mind blowing!

Staff are super helpful, Damien will reference books to answer any obscure question I may have but tbh that's rarely needed as he is a font of knowledge!

All in all, with all the recent aquatic shop closures it is no surprise that this place is thriving. They only stock dry goods they would and do use themselves which is reassuring and the ever growing range of Fauna Marin products is great to see!

Make the trip, it's worthwhile! Oh and not to forget - true fully cured live rock!!!! No more ugly stage, no dinos no leaching none of the battles all of these modern man made alternatives present!

This is my 2nd time, visiting this marine aquatic superstore (from Wilts). Both times they have been extremely packed, but always acknowledge you - we have had an extremely warm welcome, . They are very knowledgable, really helpful (help with advice and issues to put your mind at ease). They have showed us how to set up a Rodi system when we had difficulty understanding. their marine livestock and corals, dry goods is extensive. Always a busy store, but always make you feel extra special (remembering you from last visit and asking how you are). They are patient, caring and give you a personal shopping experience, which is rare to find these days. Love this family business - owners are so lovely … feel like friends …. anyone thinking about visiting for the first time, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Steph and Damien.

My first visit to Rock 'N' Critters today.I was made very welcome and was given a guided tour of the establishment. They have a fabulous selection of happy and healthy fish and corals . Plus I even got what I needed for testing my tanks. Thank you Rock 'N' Critters.

Ordered some Chaetomorpha from them. The review on their page said you got a good amount so I paid £18.00 for it thinking it must not be the golf ball size piece you usually get from vendors. Unfortunately it was even smaller! On top of that I had to pay £15.00 for a live goods delivery. So all in all the most expensive micro piece of Chaetomorpha I've every bought.
