Recently bought two of their sprays from Sainsburys while on offer - my husband loves the smell! And good value.

Well another product claiming to help save waste yet make the replacements so small and expensive!! So basically cashing in !!!such a shame A real chance to make a LONG TERM difference Won’t be using again ironically !!!

Solid range and great fragrances. Good value for money. Recently switched to the refillable deodorant and it’s been great in the heatwave and refills last for ages so it has been a cost saver.

Order was 6 days late, when ordering noted 2 day delivery by royal mail- sent by Evri! Cancelled delivery slot and eventually sent it 6 days later and was opened!
Contacted Rockface, Jez was apologetic (looks like standard copy and paste reply) was waiting on another team to investigate. No contact from Evri despite frequent emails. Jez got back today to say parcel as delivered!!
Shockingly poor service from both parties, not interested in the customer experience, don't seem to learn Evri doesn't work. Won't be using again. Expect hassle if you order.

The deodarant either falls out of holder or breaks into bits before its finished.

Received my order with a couple of items missing chatted with them online said they will send compleat order again as a gesture of goodwill it was their chats offer not me demanding it so after a few days asked when they are dispatching it to get a email asking me what items were missing and implying I had lied and when I sent list of what I received and I didn't like their implication of lying to keep the two items missing and close my account as im not having their implications it was them who offered to resend my compleat order not me then go back on it and question me as I'm a grown up of nearly 59 years i dont need the hassle they could have asked me in the chat what I recieved their fault not mine but I was made to feel unimportant and dishonest now I have read reviews I can see customer service is not their strong point its a shame as used their shower gel and it was brilliant oh well live and learn

Ive got the Original and Power deodorant and shower gel, but the Original has completely won me over. The scent is clean, long‑lasting, and honestly gets better every time I use it. Hours later it’s still there, still fresh, still amazing. Highly recommend! Am just about to reorder ! This is now my go to! 5*

I purchased a reusable deodorant around 8 months ago and the casing became faulty, not holding the refil in place.

I reported this to Rockface and 48 hours later a replacement had been delivered to me. Amazing service from Jez and the team.

Great products available, delivered on time and happy with the smells. Didn't have any issues ordering am happy with the delivery & service!

IDisappointing first experience with Rockface. My order was handed over to EVRi, who have once again failed to deliver on time, using the same old excuses. I reached out to Rockface customer service for help, but I have been met with complete silence. Really poor communication and reliable delivery should be standard.

​​I feel I have to express my total disappointment and frustration with the entire experience of ordering from you.

​To be clear, the root of the problem is on the EVRi side of things. However, my order has been sitting in their delivery depot since the early hours of last Saturday morning. They are completely ignoring my calls and emails, and I still have absolutely no ETA on my delivery.

​Surely you can understand my frustration; this is really poor service from EVRi. I placed this order with yourselves on 14th October, making a payment of over £30, and I currently have nothing to show for it. Surely this is unacceptable to you as a company, too?

As this was my very first order with you, I honestly wish I hadn't placed it now. Could you please step in and escalate this with them directly today?

​I've just been informed that the replacement package has arrived safely, with everything intact. Thank you so much for all your help in sorting this matter out—it is greatly appreciated.
​As I mentioned right at the start, I have never once had a delivery from EVRi that has gone to plan. Reliable delivery is their main job, yet it seems to be the one thing they consistently fail to do.
​I really can't see why companies continue to use them, other than the fact that they are the cheapest on the market. However, surely businesses end up paying out far more in the long run by having to send replacements, not to mention the damage it causes to their own reputation—especially when EVRi clearly couldn't care less.
​Thank you again for stepping in and providing such excellent customer service to resolve their failure.

Great Customer service, quick replies, deliveries and great products

Deoderant made my underarms burn, contacted support and was told deoderant should only be used on body, and i should get myself checked.
No offer of even a refund.

My partner is obsessed with body spray and deodorant. They smell insane. I've just got him the refillable, and at the moment, he loves it. Again, the smell is ridiculously good. So far so good!

The deodorant dispenser broken with in a few weeks.
Rockface wont replace it and want me to pay to send back. Cheap plastic waste !!! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY

Order placed early Dec - never received. In fairness - my complaint was acknowedged and a replacement order sent. I never received this one either.

To be fair I think it is the delivery courier EVRi who lost (?) the items twice ! Rockface offered me a 15% discount on any future orders.

I like the scent of the Rockface product, but will sadly not be ordering again despite any discount, until the courier is changed.

So I have to give a 1 star, not because of the product or the lack of a response from Rockface, but because I never received the item and have now moved onto another brand :-/

Maybe I’ll try ordering again mid year…

I decided to take advantage of the Gift set 3 for 2 offer, so I paid for 2, and only 2 were sent. I sent a polite message to customer service, but haven't received a reply. Not good enough

Order placed 09/11 still waiting two weeks later. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Love the product but they should take a leaf out of Man Cave’s book whose delivery service is excellent.
