I agree with the comments that refer to the the decline in quality and the soles coming away in a few months. I have always bought them in the past as they have been good value for money and have been comfortable ( my work involves being on my feet). I would rather pay more for quality and that is what I have done. Loving my Flys

I've had three pairs off boots now my original pair lasted two years of constant use before the sole came away. My second pair of thunder boots were 'Charcoal' colour (was a coating that lasted a couple of weeks tops). I have worn this pair anywhere near as often and after a few months they deteriorated and now the sole has completely separated at the toe from the main body. My third pair (A brown tall boot) I purchased with my second pair of thunder boots. The side zip for me was pointless they were so wide they also sent wrong size. I gave up on the return for the tall boot so put insoles in barely worn them and they probably won't last much longer. Save your money until they decide quality is better then profit

Terrible customer service. I ordered two pairs of shoes that never came and tracking number didn’t work. I sent several emails that were not answered. A month later I got a survey asking me to comment on my shoes. I replied that I never got them. I got an email from a different address apologizing and telling me to pick out two new pairs of shoes and they would send them for free. I asked how to order them and they said just reply to this email, so I immediately did. That has been over a week ago and I have heard nothing. I have emailed to ask if I could have a tracking number and if they were on their way. No response. I guess they lied to me. Do not order online!

I have owned three pairs of rocket dog boots all of which have lasted no more than 6 months max before both soles delaminated. Same is happening on my boots now that are only 3 months old so I'm afraid this is the last pair I will ever buy from them.

Purhased a pair of boots online and paid for next day delivery. Still not received 3 days later. Called on the phone, no answer and goes through to an O2 messaging service. Emailed and received a very prompt response to advise they had been delivered the previous day.
Tracking in the order confirmation delivery said still awaiting processing. The tracking number they provided didnt even exist.
Checked on CCTV footage and no deliveries at time the boots were meant to have been delivered.
Now getting a undeliverable message on emails sent saying your email has been rejected by the sender.
Luckily i paid through paypal and they refunded immediately.
Feels like I have been totally scammed.
Would never buy from them ever again!

I believe in speaking as I find and given there are a number of less than complimentary reviews here I felt compelled to add a little balance.
I ordered a pair of boots for my wife from Rocket Dog. They arrived in a timely fashion and my wife was thrilled with the look and quality of them, but unfortunately they weren’t a good fit for her.
I returned the boots using their free Yodel service allowing me to track the boots back to Rocket Dog, and four days later I received a refund as promised.
Don’t think you can ask any more of a company and would happily place orders with them again.

I have ordered boots, paid for next day delivery and I am still waiting for them. I had an email to say they were dispatched on 21st with hermes but hermes have no parcel under the order number I have been provided.

I paid next day delivery on 19th for a reason.

i recently ordered some boots, they arrived really quickly which was great but they didnt fit right so i decided to return them. I only got refunded for 1 pair and am still waiting for the other two be be refunded. I have tried to contact them email: bounced back
phone number goes to an 02 messaging service?
Completely rubbish if you cant contact them with an error they have made!

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, supposedly both size 7 but one pair way too small. Returns process was a nightmare - went to 3 drop off locations, all in REALLY dodgy areas - didn't want to get my kids out of the car. Kept one pair of boots, they are ok but not good enough that I'd order from Rocket Dog again.

I purchased the thunder boots about 3 years ago, they were good quality and so comfortable. They cost me £75 at the time.

I've just purchased another pair and they are just not the same. Quality is shocking, everything feels like plastic, you can see the glue coming out of the soles where they have been stuck to the boot, and the soles are so hard you can feel each and every little stone you step on.

The new pair did only cost £40, but I will be sending them back. I would much rather pay a higher price for the previous quality.

Very disappointed in my purchase.

Customer service emails don’t work and delivery promises not honoured. Would not use again !

For almost 20£ for sandals , i would expect it to last a bit longer than 2 weeks.
An advice to the brand- if you focused on actual product quality, rather than writing tons of fake reviews accross social media everywhere, you would do good as design is good, it looks good, but thats it. You cant even compete with Primark and your sh...ty shoes should be donated to Afrika. You should be happy if they would accepted it!

Not happy ref returning flip flops & having to pay for poastage

What great shoes! I saw them online but wasn't sure about the size I then saw them in store. They had my size and they fit great. Very true to size, go half size up not down! Forgot to say...they look great too😀!!

Great service. Ordered flip flops and a pair of pumps. Pumps weren’t quite right for me so sent them back. Easy returns process and prompt refund. Makes shopping for shoes online doable. Love the flip flops. Sooo comfy. All well made. Can’t fault them!

Comfy true to size and different , each pair has there own personality ! Good choice and fit with well stock site to buy from .
Accept nothing less !!

I've owned a pair of rocket dog boots for 2 years now and they are so comfy and excellent quality, so much so I have just bought another pair in a different colour. I received my order promptly but had a problem with the courier company damaging the parcel. Contacted rocketdog by e-mail in the evening and was responded to first thing the next day. They apologised and sent me a new parcel out immediately with a new courier which I received the next day in perfect condition. Excellent customer service and will most definately use again.

The shoes i ordered Saturday arrived this morning, i've worn them for the majority of the day, they are amazing! Very comfortable, will be ordering again.

Primark?

Nice style, nice colours, nice laces, but the shoes themselves... If I'd had to guess the price, I'd have said £20ish. Moderately comfortable, but don't support the foot. Ones with the Velcro top fastenings look very cheap. If you're going to outsource to the Far East, you'll get what you paid for.😐
This not a high quality shoe.

I live in the rocket dog trainers. I've never had any issues with their products. I did need to get into contact with them on one occasion, (nothing was wrong, I just had a query) and they couldn't of been more helpful...
