After a 16 month wait, my jukebox was finally delivered. It’s an absolutely beautiful machine. It sounds exactly how a jukebox should sound with a lot of power at the low frequency (play Partition by Beyoncé to demonstrate). Obviously, it can be turned up very loud, but it can also be enjoyed at low volume - that’s important too! Bluetooth is very convenient. Mark helped set everything up over FaceTime which is huge.

I would recommend Rock Ola if you want a new jukebox. But be prepared to wait, and make lots of phone calls asking for updates! Don’t be discouraged if they don’t pick up their phones all the time, they are a small team with a tremendous talent but a huge workload.

We received our HD CD bubbler juke box, approx. 6 weeks ago from Rock-Ola. The quality and sound are exceptional, and it truly is a piece of artwork. There were some delivery timeline issues, but this was resolved once Ollie got involved. Setup instructions were easy to follow, and we quickly had CDs loaded and Bluetooth connections made with our mobile devices. The result is we are extremely happy and looking forward to many hours of fun listening to our favorite music and watching the mechanics and lighting effect of this Beautiful nostalgic juke box.

We purchased an $8000 jukebox in 2020 and unfortunately it never worked right from day one. Although we had difficulties with this machine for four years, I have to commend Alex for making good on his promise to deliver.
What CEO calls you personally and follows through with his technicians to ensure the computer was installed properly? (Thank you, Jonathan). The computer was completely overhauled, shipped to our home and followed up with a phone call to assist in the installation. It’s working great now and we are so thrilled to have quality music again. They even installed 700 CDs until we could get our own music reinstalled. I highly recommend Rockola as it is definitely a quality company that stands by its product and guarantees customer satisfaction.

Weeks with noi results. I finally called rakola rakola. Alexander answered the phone who was driving home and on the freeway. I.
Am 86 years old and I think Alexander realized my frustration. He asked me to hold and to my surprise. He pulled off the freeway and began answering my questions. He solved most of my problems. Right, then in there and said he would call tomor no. The following day he emailed me. The instruction manuals and answered the rest of my questions. If this is the service I can expect from rokola. A truly beautiful well-made machine.
Like some others that have bought recently, I had a few issues at first with slow production, but once Alexander, the owner got involved, everything was extremely well handled. I've spent some time on the phone with Alexander, as we are both business men. I understand what he has gone through, after buying the company, to get everything running up to his standards. I think he has a good hand on it at this time and everything should be handled much better from here on out.
That being said, I still don't regret buying this jukebox over the other brand new Jukebox that was available. I had debated on buying a refurbished used one, but did not want to have to deal with ongoing repairs to keep it running.
As I stated they make an extremely beautiful machine, I think it is well designed and put together. I don't regret for a minute, having to wait a little longer than I wanted, to receive the machine. The wait was worth it, to get the quality of machine that I desired. If I were in the market for another jukebox, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to purchase from Rock-Ola again.

We received our Jukebox just in time for my partners surprise birthday present. It’s sounds good and we have had a lot of fun sourcing the vinyls with Phil, he is so knowledgeable and helped us put a great selection together. Thank you for making the dream come true.

Thank you guys for making the best jukebox ever. I had to wait a while but I guess these machines take a while to make. It's been fun getting to know you all and I thought the factory was awesome. Placed an order in Feb. 2024. It is now Oct. 2024. No Jukebox. I have tried everything. I just want my money back. It was a lot. Now I read that others are having the same thing happen. Stringing people along after taking their money, and leaving them with nothing. It can not possibly take that long to rebuild a jukebox. I have contacted the BBB and Attorney General. DO NOT BUY from these guys. It's a sham. An expensive one. E-mail replys promise to send pictures of progress and nothing. I don't know what else to do.... except warn others.

Buyer beware. Because Rockola is one of very few Jukebox companies out there, they feel they can pay very little attention to their customers and get away with it. In fact, their customer service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Bought a CD bubbler and needed tech support to resolve a problem. One has to pay a fee to get someone on the phone to help! Seriously a disgraceful company. You’re better off buying an older refurbished unit manufactured by a real company. Also, the sound quality of my jukebox is awful. Imagine a music playing device with second rate speakers. Ludicrous.

Our jukebox arrived last Friday and is amazing. It is everything we hoped it would be. The delivery by Jesus as well as the set up and explanation was a great experience. As noted in many other reviews working with Rock-Ola through delays in the custom building process was trying but they are working on it and doing better. Based on the quality of the machine I would highly recommend a Rock-Ola jukebox. We had a party Saturfday night and everyone loved plugging coins and picking music.

Following a period of less than satisfactory communication and a visit to the Rock-Ola factory, I am pleased to state that I am completely satisfied with my jukebox and the quality service I received with the delivery and professional set-up service I received. I have had several fruitful conversations with the company owner/president of Rock-Ola whom I sincerely applaud for retaining more customer service personnel and overseeing quality control.

So far nothing, I waited for that phone call and eventually several days late it came, basically telling me how great they were and how they are getting better etc. Then came the pitch, "if we build the thing will you still buy it" etc. I told him I was not going to send them my money again, if they build it and they ship it I will pay COD, so far nothing. Unbelievable.

Alexander, Cheron and the entire team at Rock-Ola are top notch. I had a great customer service experience and absolutely love my jukebox. The craftsmanship is second to none. If you are looking for a HIGH quality jukebox and fantastic customer service Rock-Ola is the company. Could not be more satisfied.

Bought a 90th anniversary jukebox. Did not work right from day 1. This company will run you around an quit responding. Paid $12k for a box and ended up having an outside source getting it to work and was lied to many times.

We purchased a jukebox almost a year ago for our retirement. The jukebox has been bought and paid for since 07/25/2023. Neither my retailer or myself can get a direct answer on how long it will be before we receive the jukebox. I have been promised updates but never receive them unless I email an inquiry. The last communication was on Monday and I was told this, "I will be discussing your order with the team today so I will come back to you as soon as I can after that.” I did not receive any update. I emailed this morning and still have not received an update.

I have directly emailed Mr. Walder-Smith and cc’d him on all my correspondence. He has not responded to any of the emails. I have phoned numerous times with no return calls. The one time I was able to speak with someone they assured me the machine was in production. That was over a month ago.

I would have to make the same recommendation as other posters and avoid doing business with this company.

My experience with the Rock-Ola sales team has been positive. Cheron, who helped process the order, was a delight to chat with and was very helpful.

I have direct experience with how hard the manufacturing world was impacted by Covid, so I was well aware of long lead times and shipping delays. Fortunately for me, the jukebox shipped a little earlier than expected.

There was a miscommunication at the time of delivery, which did add some stress. I have a flight of stairs leading into my living space, and paid extra for a white glove delivery service so that the jukebox would be carried up. This fact was not communicated to the delivery driver until after departing, who was alone and could not lift the Jukebox himself. Thankfully, Alexander, the owner, was very communicative with me and helped refund the extra shipping fee so I could hire movers to lift the Jukebox at a later date. Alexander made it very clear that I could call him at any time with issues moving forward, and that he was eager to do the right thing.

The jukebox arrived in great condition, and is absolutely beautiful! I still have to get it moved and set up, but so far I'm very excited to be a new Jukebox owner.

I ordered a juke box over 2 years ago. I have been constantly told that parts are hard to get or they came in wrong. Just one story after another. I have been promised delivery in just a few months. now its over 2 years and I can't even get an update or any call backs.I guess my next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau.I would definitely not recommend ordering a juke box from rock-old.

Games Room Company. Wonderful Rock-Ola Bubble Tube Juke Box. The machines does everything I had hoped for, looks really good & is a great feature to the room. I have owned the Rock-Ola for over a year & the whole family enjoy the music. Alexander has been extremely helpful and most informative and I cannot praise him enough
