I've only had two meals so far but they're so good, taste amazing so won't be going back to supermarket ready meals ever again!
Delivery guy was friendly, website process was also really simple and can't wait to try more meals!

I am 48 years old Male. I have been working in construction since I left school; I started as an apprentice carpenter back then. I was very fit and healthy; later, I became management, and for the last 25 years, I have had an office job. While being a manager and not getting much exercise and working away from home regularly due to construction always moving, I had become very unfit and significantly overweight. I have spent years trying different diets and not getting any results. I recently found Rice n Spice! and have had outstanding results. I was 381.6lb 32 days ago; I am currently 354.4lb. Thirty-four days, I lost 27lb! Apart from walking during work, I have not done any crazy exercise or anything crazy. I get 20 meals a week; however, seven days x 3 meals a day, RnS might want to offer a 21 meal package, but I have to say losing two stones has made an enormous difference in how I feel in general, I have more energy now. I feel great every day; things are improving; I stick to my meal plan, drink plenty of water and eat some fruit if I get peckish in the evenings. I would recommend RnS very highly; the food is lovely and tasty, has ample variety, and the menu is updated weekly; the meals come in adorable packaging, all biodegradable, including the boxes the food gets delivered. I have now bought myself a bicycle for when I reach 330lb as this is the max weight most bikes can take. Since my weight loss, I find walking more enjoyable I have a new life; reaching my goal of 17 stone now seems possible, and I am very excited for the next few weeks and months ahead. I was blessed with two grandchildren this year, and looking forward to enjoying playing football! With my grandson and taking my grandaughter on outings, thank RnS you have changed my life, and I can not Thank you enough for providing me with a stable diet delivered to me fresh every Monday anywhere In the UK.

I am a big meat eater and honestly I am surprised as to how delicious are not only their meat options but even the vegan one! 🙌🏻 I am on the weight loss programme and the meals are really filling and well proportioned - keeps me filled for so long! Really recommend ordering from them! 🙌🏻

I can be a bit fussy with food so I was open to try the meals but thought I wouldn’t like many… I was completely wrong!!!

I’ve never tried so many different foods and flavours! They taste unreal and I’ll definitely be back for more!!

As predominately vegetarian, I love the diversity RNS meals bring! Everyday is different from lentils to tofu and tempeh. The meals are so full of flavour and also prioritise high protein meals as I’m an avid gymer!

Very convenient, saved me so much money and time as a busy entrepreneur! Packaging is also all recycle which I do love!

A mistake was made (no fault of RNS) and they were quick to respond to my query, offered their apologies (again even though it wasn’t their mistake) and compensated me fairly. With other queries that I ask they are always quick to respond and give clear answers in response to your query.

RNS are always very helpful when you have a question and the meals have been great.

RNS meals have saved me soo much time i have a super busy life and you heat it up in just 3mins, its quick and simple and delicious

I’ve been ordering RnS for 6 months now and there’s no turning back for me. Super simple to order, they deliver every Tuesday and I get a text of the time slot in the morning. There is a variety of options to choose from (and I’m vegan) to keep me full and energised all day. I love that it’s family run, and I wish you all the success for the future !! Loving watching your journey!!

First few meals were ok but went downhill, to the point I was physically sick (I have reported this to the Foods Standards Agency - North Hertfordshire Council). Rice with every meal! On top of this, they had the cheek to automatically charge me for another week when I told them Initially I wanted to try them for a week. They reply within minutes when you're looking to signup but all my messages since I complained were ignored and had to push for a refund for the 2nd week.

Wouldn't recommend.

Food was good but customer service appalling. Tried to cancel which they failed to do, then charged me for meals I didn't want. They have a system of not refunding but you can give the meals to the homeless. If they have a system in place how often does this happen. Very disappointed.

Taste great, prompt services and so healthy! Perfect for getting back on track and feeling good about yourself. Love the new menus and the variation they offer. Would 100% recommend
