In my case, I bought a Chinese phone MIUI 14, with a ROM that wasn't Play Store certified and wouldn't let me use banking services.
In the end, the phone got stuck in a fastboot loop because I was tinkering with it without knowing what I was doing.

Process:
today with the coming of the eclipse
I contacted Riyu and he handled everything for me. It didn't take long, less than 40 minutes.
He used some programs and his authorized accounts to log in, downloaded some files he uses in the program, and you can practically see what he's doing, the codes, and his screen cursor.

But I must say that I used a translator because I speak Spanish and Riyu doesn't, so that also affected the time it took him. We couldn't download a file from MEGA because my Microsoft Edge browser glitched and wouldn't download. We used the Opera browser that I already had, and we were able to download it.

The phone works fine; it's updated to HyperOS 3 Global with the June 2026 security update.

en mi caso compré un celular chino MIUI 14, (vendedor desgraciado dijo que era global) con una rom que no tenia certificación playstore y no dejaba usar los servicios de banco.
al final el teléfono se me quedó en fastboot loop y nunca iniciaba ni pa acá ni pa allá, por yo andar inventando sin tener conocimiento

contacté a Riyu y me gestionó todo, no demoró mucho, menos de 40 min
usó unos programas y sus cuentas autorizadas para iniciar sección, descargó unos archivos que utilizo en el programa y prácticamente puedes ver lo que hace, los códigos y el cursor de pantalla suyo

pero debo decir que he usado traductor porque yo hablo español y Riyu no, entonces tambien eso influyó en el tiempo que le tomó, y desde MEGA no pudimos descargar un archivo porque mi navegador Microsoft Edge se bugeo y no descargaba, usamos el navegador Opera que ya tenía yo y si pudimos

el celular funciona bien, esta actualizado a hyper Os 3 global con actualización de seguridad de junio 2026

My phone got stuck in a bootloop with that annoying shi“couldn't initialize user0” error (Malachite). I've searched everywhere trying to find a fix, tried a bunch of stuff, and even took it to some local repair shops. They told me it was some LCD issue, but that didn’t fix a damn thing fr.

Then I randomly came across this guy RiyuTheFlasher on YouTube. Dude had a video about the exact same problem, so I reached out through his website and Facebook page. ain’t gonna lie, I thought this was gonna cost me an arm and a leg, but the price was actually fair and the process was quick.

I was a little skeptical at first since you know, it was a remote repair, and you already know there’s a lot of shady stuff online. But I took the leap of faith and trusted this random ahh person.

Bruh… this man actually fixed it. 😂🔥 My phone is back alive like nothing ever happened.

My story strated when I bought a global phone which turned out to be a CN with installed global version Hyper OS over it. What it means: no OTA updating, no reinstalling other Hyper OS firmwares, impossibility to unlock 🔓 bootloader (the main problem). I bought the phone with a goal installing a custom firmware because i don't like Hyper OS. The first company i found on Internet said they can't unlock my model. Riyu i found via youtube video. He said he can unlock my phone model. And it's done! I'm happy. I've already installed custom firmware. Now i can freely use my phone without annoying popup banners and offers to install videogames, browsers and so on.
